What an event!! Appreciate everyone who came out and showed up with courage, authenticity and vulnerability.

We dove deep into authentic relating & emotional mastery practices, and finished off with a strategic mastermind for all attendees.

The feedback I got was overwhelmingly positive.

After 8 years of study and 6 years of practice coaching men, I feel like this 4hr event perfectly culminates some deep needs I see for high-performing men:

- A place to connect without having to “perform”
- A place to release the stress of life, business & family
- A place to learn emotional regulation & authentic communication skills
- A place to be uplifted and supported by other men in business
- A place to be challenged and pushed to their limits in a safe and healthy way

Some of the processes we use are very very simple, but infinitely powerful :)

Any men living in Bali or travelling to Bali soon, reach out about the next High-Level Reset event to join this transformational experience 🔥

Also, special thanks to our support angels Shelby and @annie.moonglen for holding the divine feminine energy so beautifully — your compassion and care is inspiring! ❤️

The more I live life and run a business the more I realize how it takes a TEAM to do big things! So again HUGE thanks to all the ppl involved that helped out :) by @brettbaailey

This sales leader attracted a new business opportunity and healthy personal relationships after doing the inner work.

It really makes the difference.

If you’re working hard and not producing the results you want, after many personal failures and working w 100’s of ppl I can tell you it’s the INNER GAME that needs work to level up.

If you want to go 3 steps forward you gotta go 3 steps deep. by @brettbaailey

What 3,000 Hours Coaching Taught Me
You aren’t inherently afraid of speaking publicly; you are reacting to the belief that judgment will diminish your worth. You aren’t bound by anger toward an ex-partner; you are consumed by the narrative of what they took from you.

As Eckhart Tolle taught, the ultimate foundation of inner mastery is presence. Awareness is the space between the observer and the mind. When you learn to observe a thought without being hijacked by it, you regain complete control over your internal state. by @brettbaailey

My First Client Paid $100 for an Entire Month. It wasn’t about the money, it was the moment the dream stopped being a fantasy and became reality. That single belief shift changed everything. by @brettbaailey

Hitting rock bottom and questioning whether to walk away is part of the process, what matters is refusing to stay down.

I was literally on my knees crying, exhausted from the constant financial strain, thinking about walking away to find a safe, predictable paycheck.

But after clearing my head, one truth remained: you only fail if you quit. I stopped focusing on the despair and within 48 hours, I put a new offer together, brought in money, and kept building. The valley tests everyone. by @brettbaailey

Early in my entrepreneurial journey, I accumulated around $25,000 in debt to get things off the ground. The shame I felt was overwhelming. I was constantly stressed, chasing clients from a place of desperation, and harshly criticizing myself.

At that stage in my life, I tied my financial performance directly to my self-worth. Watching others project effortless success online only amplified the feeling that I was falling short.

The turning point came during a walk when I had reached my limit with self-punishment. I chose to rewrite the meaning of that number:

The debt didn’t mean I was broken. It meant I had the courage to take a stand for my own future. It was evidence that I was willing to bet on myself rather than settle for a path that didn’t fulfill me. Debt is simply a financial tool that gets paid back over time. Removing the emotional weight and shame allowed me to show up with clarity and actually build the business. by @brettbaailey

It’s amazing how much fun you can have totally sober, with the right people 👀

Authentic connection is a skill, and from the deepest part of my heart I want ppl to know how easy and fun relationships can be when you clear the blocks to being your authentic self ❤️😎

We’re all going out again tonight… def pushing my social limits this weekend 😅 by @brettbaailey

There’s a toxic belief that spirituality and financial abundance cannot coexist.

Real spirituality is rooted in service, love, and authentic connection. And what does capital do? It amplifies whatever is already inside the person holding it.

If an ego-driven person has money, it magnifies greed. But when someone with a genuinely open heart has millions of dollars, that capital turns into resources, healing, community building, and systemic change. Spiritual people shouldn’t hide from wealth, they are the exact people who should be stewarding it. by @brettbaailey

A remind that no matter what you do in life, some people will judge you, some will love you, and most won’t care either way.

So why spend our lives worrying about what other people think? We might as well live a life that’s true to us. by @brettbaailey

Traditional networking feels slimy because it's built on extraction. You enter a conversation looking for what you can get, and people can feel the hidden agenda immediately.

Real businesses are built on relationships, and relationships run on your contribution score:

How much value are you adding without keeping score?
Do you genuinely care if they succeed, even if they never pay you a dollar?

When you completely detach from the transaction and show up to serve, people feel safe. Their hearts open first, and their wallets open second. by @brettbaailey
