All I know is Christ, and him crucified.
POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
If you’ve been with me for a while, you know I’ve spent the last few years pulling back the curtain—on government narratives, corporate media, and the systems designed to keep regular people in debt and dependent.

What I didn’t expect was that the road would lead me here.

Today I’m sharing something new.
Not just a project—but a mission.

I became a licensed Realtor in British Columbia.
And I wrote a book that merges what I’ve learned at UBC about how the industry works, with what I’ve uncovered as a journalist over the years.

It’s called:
“Own Something and Be Happy: The Truth About Vancouver Real Estate and How to Navigate It Without an Agent.”

Yeah—I know that title might sound backwards coming from a “Realtor”. But I didn’t write this book to sell you anything. I wrote it to empower people like me. People who didn’t inherit wealth. People who are tired of feeling left behind.

Because let’s be real: regardless of Red or Blue,
The money supply in Canada will keep inflating.
Home prices will keep climbing.
And the middle class? It’s being gutted.

Ownership has become the frontline of the class war.
And this book is your blueprint for fighting back.

This isn’t some “stop buying lattes” self-help nonsense. You’re not stupid. The issues are systemic. I break down how it happened, and what you can do to get ahead—step by step.

Thanks for sticking with me on this journey.
From music to media to this—I’ve always stood for the underdog. This chapter is no different. I’ll be back to my regular rhythm of sharing daily news, now that the book is complete.

For a limited time, I’m giving the book away for free.
Just comment “OWN” below, and I’ll send you your copy.

CALIFORNIA — Federal authorities arrested 28 cruise ship workers in San Diego during a late April operation targeting child sexual exploitation material offences.

Officials say the arrests involved workers from multiple cruise lines and vessels, including some Disney Cruise Line employees. Twenty-six of those arrested were reportedly from the Philippines.

Disney responded with a statement saying the company maintains a zero-tolerance policy and is fully cooperating with law enforcement.

The operation has sparked widespread reaction online, with many questioning how individuals accused of such crimes were able to work in family-oriented environments centered around children and tourism.

Others pointed to broader concerns surrounding vetting standards, international labor pipelines, and oversight within the global cruise industry.

The arrests also triggered backlash from activist group Union del Barrio, which criticized the detention of migrant workers during the operation and called the arrests “unlawful”.

Authorities have not released full details on all suspects or their employment status, and investigations remain ongoing.

AUSTRALIA — An old biosecurity breach is getting new attention as health officials investigate a separate hantavirus outbreak linked to the MV Hondius cruise ship.

In 2021, a Queensland public health lab misplaced 323 live virus samples during a freezer malfunction and sample transfer, including Hendra virus, lyssavirus, and two hantavirus samples. The loss was discovered in a 2023 audit and publicly announced in 2024. Officials said poor record-keeping was the likely issue, with no evidence of theft or public risk.

Now, in May 2026, the World Health Organization is monitoring a hantavirus cluster linked to cruise ship travel. As of May 4, WHO reported seven cases, including two confirmed hantavirus cases, five suspected cases, and three deaths.

There is currently no evidence connecting the Queensland breach to the cruise ship outbreak.

But the timing explains why people are asking questions.

Hantavirus is rare, usually spread through exposure to infected rodent urine, droppings, or saliva. The Andes strain, found in South America, is one of the few hantaviruses where limited person-to-person transmission has been documented.

Most outbreaks are natural. Most lab breaches do not lead to public exposure.

But after the last few years, people are far less willing to accept “trust us” as a public health strategy.

The issue is not panic.

It’s accountability.

When labs handle dangerous pathogens, record-keeping cannot be sloppy. When outbreaks happen, authorities need to communicate clearly, quickly, and transparently.

Because in a world of global travel, one mistake does not stay local for long.

SOUTH AFRICA — Authorities in South Africa carried out a targeted operation in the Komati River near Komatipoort after identifying a large crocodile believed to have attacked a missing man during recent flooding.

The victim, 59-year-old businessman Gabriel Batista, was reportedly swept away on April 27, 2026, while attempting to cross a flooded bridge in an area close to Kruger National Park.

Using drone surveillance, officials tracked a 15-foot crocodile suspected in the incident. The animal, weighing approximately 500 kilograms, was shot, airlifted by helicopter, and transported for examination.

A necropsy confirmed the presence of human remains along with Batista’s ring inside the crocodile. Investigators also discovered six unrelated pairs of shoes in the animal’s stomach. Crocodiles are unable to digest materials like rubber or plastic, meaning such items can accumulate over time.

The discovery has raised concerns about the possibility of additional unreported incidents in the region.

Recovery of the remains involved a high-risk operation, including divers working in flood-affected waters. Authorities are conducting DNA testing to formally confirm identification.

Officials are using the incident to reinforce warnings about attempting to drive through floodwaters, particularly in regions known to contain large predators.

NEW JERSEY — Dashcam footage circulating online shows a United Airlines Boeing 767-400, Flight UA169, striking roadside debris near a light pole on the New Jersey Turnpike as it approached Newark Liberty International Airport on May 3, 2026.

The aircraft clipped part of an H&S Bakery truck from Baltimore during what appears to be an unusually low approach. The truck driver sustained minor injuries from broken glass. No serious injuries were reported among the 231 passengers and crew onboard.

Despite the incident, the plane continued and landed safely at Newark.

The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board have both launched investigations into the event, focusing on how the aircraft came so close to ground-level obstacles during final approach.

Online reaction has centered on how rare the incident is, with many pointing out the narrow margin between a routine landing and a far more serious outcome. Others referenced past complaints about low-flying aircraft in the Newark area, raising questions about approach patterns and airspace management near major highways.

Incidents like this are extremely uncommon, but they highlight how even highly controlled systems like commercial aviation can be affected by small deviations in altitude and positioning.

SPACE — NASA astronaut Reid Wiseman shared a rare video from the International Space Station this week, capturing a phenomenon known as “Earthset,” where the planet appears to dip below the horizon from orbit.

Filmed through a docking window using an iPhone at 8x zoom, the footage was described as uncropped and closely matching what the human eye can see in space. Wiseman noted that fellow astronauts Christina Koch and Victor Glover were simultaneously photographing the event using professional cameras and long lenses, capturing high-resolution stills while he recorded video.

Wiseman explained that he could barely see the Moon through the hatch window, but the size and framing of the iPhone made it ideal for capturing the moment in real time.
