We brewed our last batch this week, and it was a pretty emotional day. Sure, sadness that this is coming to an end while knowing that there were many great beers to come, but mostly pride and gratitude for this team. These guys possess incredible talent and grit, and the beloved beers they have made are a testament to that.

Thank you for being the best teammates over the last four years. Thank you to all our supporters who allowed us to do what we love, which is making rad shit that brings people together.

We pulled out all the stops on this final batch of Jester’s Privilege IPA, utilizing several advanced hop products and a Mosaic addition to jazz things up. It’s going to knock your socks off.

Spirit Guide - 10 Degree Czech-Inspired Pilsner

4.4% ABV

Spirit Guide is back for perhaps its final voyage in our little cosmic universe. Since our first rendition of this unique Pilsner we have centered on the utilization of Haná malt - a historic and particularly important landrace barley variety hailing from the Moravia region of Bohemia. This special barley laid the foundation for what we now refer to as Pilsner beer. Today we have the awesome opportunity to utilize this singular grain in the brewhouse thanks to the wizards over at @admiralmaltings who have diligently floor-malted this heirloom barley for a modern revival.

Please check out our Brewer’s Blog on our website (🔗in🅱️ℹ️0️⃣) for Head Brewer Austen’s full musings on this small but mighty creation.

What an incredible weekend at @highsierramusic! We’re still reeling from the magic of this festival, and its first year at @nevadacountyfair was a massive success. We’re so grateful that our Sunrise Kickball Kolsch and other beers could be a part of the experience.

Huge thanks to @dave_margulies and the whole High Sierra team for making it all happen. And of course thanks to our own @jb8s for getting us involved and minding our P’s and Q’s all weekend long. Thank you @summersetsocial for the 🎥! taken in Nevada County Fairgrounds by @brewbilt_brewing
