Geisha Omakase from Jing Long, Taiwan P.N.: @black_road_seongsu 에서는 매달 파나마 혹은 접하기 힘든 원두를 소개하고 있다. 9월은 대만 징롱 농장에서 수확하고, 블랙로드 팀이 직접 프로세싱에 관여하여 만든 원두를 소개했다. 시음전 영상을 관람하는데, 수확에서부터 드라이까지. 무게에 따라 원두를 나누어 하나하나 세우는 영상은 보는이로 하여금 육체적, 정신적 피로와 노고를 느낄 수 있었다. 영상을 본 뒤에 시음을 해서인지 가뜩이나 레이어한 원두를 즐기는 편이긴 하나 더욱 신경을 써서 맛 볼 수 밖에? 없었다. 게이샤의 맛을 베이스로 중반부터 치고 오는 산미, 그리고 일반적인 게이샤에선 볼 수 없는 단맛과 바디감. 다양한 맛이 가득한 대만 징롱 원두가 입 안을 가득 메워주는 것이 참으로 놀라웠다. 역시 커피는 맛 볼 수록 섬세하고 넓은 세계를 소개해주는 것 같았다. 얼마나 많은 내가 모르는 세계가 있을까???
