We don’t take it lightly when a client trusts us with both their sale and their next home. Thank you for letting us be part of both, and for taking the time to share your experience. Relationships like this are the reason we do what we do. by @brewerteamnyc

The Brewer Team is looking for a real estate agent to join our team in NYC.

The role offers direct mentorship from our team lead, a projected pipeline of 15–25 listings in 2027, and the opportunity to benefit from team-generated leads while developing your own business.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, relationship-driven, and ready to grow as an agent with the support of an established team.

Just listed: 234 West 16th Street, 5B. $595,000.

The top floor of a 1915 prewar co-op on one of Chelsea’s quietest tree-lined blocks. Just 20 residences, a shared roof deck, and The Grey Dog next door.

Inside: French doors, hardwood throughout, and a windowed kitchen with a breakfast bar that doubles as your desk.

Reese’s released its Trick-or-Treatiest Streets in America list, and five NYC blocks made it. Two are in Brooklyn.

Don’t see your street? Comment the block you think should have made the list!

You’ve probably walked down Brooklyn Heights a hundred times without realizing it’s the reason New York protects its neighborhoods at all.

In 1965, months after the old Penn Station came down, it became the city’s first historic district. That’s why the brownstone rows still look the way they do, and why the block you buy on stays the block you bought on.

The tradeoff: every facade change, window swap, and rooftop addition needs Landmarks approval. Worth knowing before you plan a renovation.

Eleven arched windows. That’s the first thing you notice, and the last thing you forget.

Built in 1905 as a Flatiron loft, Residence 10N still carries the details most conversions sanded away: exposed brick, original columns, and 12-foot ceilings that make 3,000 square feet feel even larger than it is.

Quiet & private.

A quiet sale protects your privacy. It also limits who sees your home. Which matters more at $3M+?

For most sellers at this level, a public launch brings the most buyers and the most competition. A private or pre-market start earns its place when privacy, an uncertain price, or prep time outranks reach.

Well, that was a summer.

100+ leases signed. 15+ sales. A lot of keys handed over across Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Swipe for a few we’re still thinking about.
