At my Fifty5 Camp, one of the campers asked if she could come to church with me. Today, she came and brought her teammate with her.
Before I post a recap or any highlight of my camp, I want to firstly say that Fifty5 was never just about building athletes. It was about impartation, passing down not just skills, but wisdom… not just discipline, but identity… not just rankings but redemption. Teaching them how to endure when it’s hard, how to show themselves grace, and most importantly, how to know who they are beyond the game.

Because…
BASKETBALL IS NOT WHO WE ARE …ITS WHAT WE DO!

Today, I looked at her and saw myself. I saw the high school star, the relentless hard worker, the girl chasing her dream with everything she’s got. And my prayer was simple,
God, make her more than I ever was.
Because if my story can be a blessing to hers, if my journey can be a light in any hardship she may face, that means that every victory, and every tear was worth it.
She is the reason I do this. because my story…
My testimony…

When I was at UCF as a student-athlete, recovering from my injury, there were days I spent alone in my dorm room praying. What I thought was a season of isolation was actually a season of consecration.
My teammates would sit outside my door while I prayed. Eventually, my coach would ask me to pray for the team before every game.
At the time, I thought I was simply recovering from a knee injury.
Now I understand! God was recovering something much bigger
He was building the inner man. He was teaching me how to seek Him when I couldn’t play, how to hear Him when everything around me was quiet, and how to carry people in prayer before I ever understood the weight of intercession.
Every day, the Lord reveals another layer of why the journey was always bigger than my knee.
The injury interrupted my game, but it woke up my assignment. What felt like a setback was really a setup. He wasn’t just preparing me to return to the court. He was preparing me to stand in the gap ❤️ by @breyannafrazier

It was an honor to be part of the second annual, @fifty5thecollegexperience basketball camp an unforgettable opportunity designed to give high school athletes an authentic look at the intensity, structure, discipline, and pace of a real college basketball practice.

What made this camp even more special was watching it be led by @breyannafrazier one of my former clients. She didn’t just teach the grind,she lived it, breathed it, and earned everything that came with it. Now, she’s pouring that same knowledge, passion, and experience into the next generation.

The energy was electric. The competition was real. The coaching was intentional. Every athlete was challenged mentally and physically, and everyone left the gym better than they entered it. Can’t wait for next year camp‼️🔒🏁 #MW2BD taken in Mountainside, New Jersey by @breyannafrazier

Thank you to the New York City National Day Of Prayer Task Force for the incredible honor of allowing me to come and pray for the youth of New York. I am truly humbled and grateful for the opportunity to stand in faith for the Youth of New York.

Today I buried my Great-Grandfather who was the only ordained Pastor in my family I ever knew. He had one request from me before the Lord called him home and it was “Bre’yonna pray for me”.
