Two degrees at 23 📚🎓— and now officially a BSN graduate 🩺💕
This moment is more than a milestone; it’s the result of 16 months of hard work, sleepless nights, determination, and an incredible support system that helped me keep going.

To my amazing faculty and clinical instructors— thank you for not only teaching me the science and skill of nursing, but for showing me the heart behind it. Your guidance helped shape the nurse I am becoming.

To my mom and my family — your love, encouragement, and patience kept me grounded when things felt overwhelming. Thank you for always believing in me, even when I didn’t believe in myself.

And to my dad in heaven — I carried your strength with me through every exam, every clinical, and every tough day. I miss you more than words can say, and I hope I’ve made you proud.

As Coach K said, “Duke is not a stepping stone, it’s a destination.” And what a destination it’s been — full of growth, grit, and way too many group projects.

It’s time to hang up the stethoscope (just for a minute), close the NCLEX books (at least for a day), and celebrate — with gratitude in my heart, a degree in my hand, and charting off as Breya Kendall, BSN 🩺

Every patient, every challenge, every late night led me here… I did it! 🥳
