ANNOUNCEMENT: I am now sponsored by @misshoopsalot!!!!! You can use my code ‘Briflows’ to save 10% on your next order. I actually won this hoop last year from @circularsorcery’s giveaway last year

It has been a long time coming. Sponsorships were never my goals, but i knew they helped my reach. And really, thats all i want and continue to want is to spread the word of flow arts. So thank you @misshoopsalot for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your incredible small business. I am so thrilled to announce this and be a part of this community.

This year has been an absolute rollercoaster. Lots of lows, lots of highs, but i find myself enjoying every day above ground. Believe in yourself!!!! I promise, it is the only thing you have control over and can improve daily. Its progression, not perfection.

DAMN YALL i started this journey 3 years ago just looking for some space to watch my progression. I was so lost at the time. I had not hula hooped for 6 years. But in 2020 i finally gave in bc i didnt know how else to get through my breakup, addiction, and depression. Well, not only did hooping help me process through all of that but it brought me to all of you. The support, the community, the love, the music really changed my whole fucking life. I have met so many wondeful people and danced with so many of you. And it really reminds me why i am here. I have this plan.

This community has been supportive i want to give it back. I have this idea to come out and meet YOU. I want to know what the flow community wants/needs. My current dilemma is I’m currently in school and work full time. I have v limited time outside of that. Hence why i never post. But i really have this dream of meeting you and talking to you and getting to know this community more because yall gave so much to me. I’m hopefully graduating next year!!! So I’m thinking the 2nd half of next year I might get started on a traveling plan hehehehe

This video right here, reminds me why i am here. To give back to you. And i plan to make that happen one day 🤗🤩❤️ by @bri.flows

Thank you to so many people. Firstly, @footlightpresents @jizzncookies @mrkindakooky thank yall for having me!!!!! I had such a good night as always ❤️🧡🩵💚 and thank you @griz for the constant grind and inspiration through your music. And finally, thank you to all of my followers and supporters. I would not be here today without you!!!! Each and everyone of you are so special to me and i am sosossoso thankful. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I feel like i am finally fulfilling my dream of sharing flow arts w the world. And thats really all i want. Cant believe after 10 years i made it to the stage. I’m really riding cloud nine. My 18 year old self is proud of me. Mistakes and all 💞🥹💖🌈🦄🌸 by @bri.flows

The seasons changing has me putting on slow indie/folk/alternative music. More is changing in the seasons. My life was a lot different a year ago. But i look less at the past. I remember the future has so many possibilities. No, 2026 was not the greatest year for me. But I’m taking the bad with the good. And look to the future.

Progression vid, bc i was unexpectedly able to get one juggling rotation down. Never been able to do that. Things have been difficult/challenging lately. This is my reminder that I can continue to do difficult things. I am resilient. And besides, the difficulties are temporary like everything else. by @bri.flows

A fun clip the day before i got got by Covid 🥴 lucky me. Talk about one of the craziest years of my life and the year isn’t over yet. Everything’s fine and it could be worse. One day it will make sense why it didn’t align.

Aside from being sappy, I am grateful for a healthy body. Covid didn’t hurt me in the long run. I feel v honored flow arts has brought me to other props besides the hoop. I’m feeling a mini flow state when starring. I was thrilled watching my star flow. That’s something to be proud of.

It’s progression, not perfection.
