There is so much beauty in going after your dreams.
One day you will wake up and you will see the beauty in everything, even in your pain.
You realize without the trials and errors you wouldn’t be who you are or where you are today.

Whatever you want, you can have it, but understand the world doesn’t run on fairness or dreams or potential. It runs on force, on who takes action and who waits, on who moves and who talks themselves into staying still.

The people who build extraordinary lives aren’t always the smartest or the luckiest. They’re the ones who keep showing up after rejection, after failure, after everyone else has stopped believing. They stop negotiating with their excuses and start honoring their standards.

The life you want isn’t waiting for the perfect time. It’s waiting for the version of you who’s finally willing to become the person capable of creating it.

I put my own goals, dreams, and ambitions on hold to help build a future with a man I genuinely believed I would spend the rest of my life with.

I was there before the money, before the success, and before the company became what it is today.

I was there for the sleepless nights, the 3 a.m. panic attacks, the endless brainstorming, contract reviews, administrative work, business dinners, pushed him when he doubted himself, and every obstacle that came with building a company from the ground up.

I poured my time, energy, knowledge, and love into helping him succeed. I supported him mentally, emotionally, physically, and professionally because I genuinely believed we were building something together.

And then came his breakthrough.

The company started making more money than he had ever made in his life. And somewhere along the way, the man I had stood beside through the hardest parts of building it decided that his newfound success meant he could have anyone he wanted.

The same woman who was good enough to build with was suddenly no longer the woman he wanted to share his success with.

He walked away with a successful company.

I walked away having sacrificed my own goals, my own dreams, and time I could never get back.

And that was one of the most expensive lessons I’ve ever learned. Not just financially, but emotionally.

You can love a man, believe in his vision, and support his dreams without abandoning your own.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with building alongside a man you love. I still believe in partnership, loyalty, and supporting the person you’re with.

But I will never again confuse helping someone build their future with securing a place in it.
