Introducing the Moon Mama Podcast! I’ve always wanted to make a podcast for the last 8 years or so and I’ve finally been doing it. Talking about all the things, motherhood, relationships, spirituality, transformation, entertainment, and living a soul led life. There’s a few new episodes up. This time for girls night and it was SO needed ✨❤️

I’ve been really trying to prioritize more pleasure filled nights with my girlfriends, and this one was OFF THE CHARTS.

So happy I got to share the best dinner with @sisters.on.the.scene @badmad_007 & @hollywoodhill_ celebrating Hillary’s birthday! We ate, drank, laughed and had the BEST time.

We did the Plancha Dining experience at Descanso’s LA location and it was seriously unforgettable! Everything cooked right in front of us, the most amazing food, delicious cocktails, and such a fun way to experience the flavors of Michoacan.

And that ribeye… 😭🥩 STILL DROOLING.

If you’re in LA, you need to experience this one. They also have a Costa Mesa location if you’re down in OC!

4 years ago on the Harvest Moon, in this same energy Libra sun, Aries full moon, I worked very hard to bring my first born, Sol, earthside. Almost 2 full days of labor, and hours after the moon turned to Aries and full, he arrived.

I had so much reverence for the moon knowing she helped bring him here, I was so anxious for several weeks as he was pushing his “due date” which was September 25, a new moon… I was counting the moons and wondering what his moon sign would be… had no idea I would go this long all the way up to 42 weeks, the full moon.. and now I get it. It was the ultimate release. She showed me her power and I showed her mine. 🌕🔥 We danced through the cosmos together and the stars aligned so perfectly. I’m an Aries sun and my son is my perfect match 🥹

Each year on this day I feel this similar energy… it’s very intense shall I say…. And with so much gratitude and abundance comes with the firey, determined force. But also a sense of relief, letting go, and honor for sovereignty. A bit of gloom and power in the air. I love it. It’s a special moon for us for sure. Can’t believe this was four years ago.. it was October 9th that day. It’s so interesting how each year it shifts and we continue to turn.

Always so blown away with our connection especially as women, to natures rhythms and cycles. Will forever honor Her for that ❤️

ad What a full day 😍😍 but such a fulfilling one!! 💫 So many wonderful things were a part of the day, and it felt so good knowing I could be out living it all while effortlessly tracking my cycle along the way.

Reminiscing on such a beautiful evening last night gathering in sacred sisterhood for Her Return to Balance, our Autumn Equinox Women’s Circle.

Honoring the season of harvest, the balance of light and dark, and the invitation to slow down, reflect, and return to ourselves.

So grateful to @ashlynncierrayoga for sharing and hosting this space @the_wildgrove_collective alongside me and bringing this vision to life. 🥹

It has been such a deep intention of mine to create spaces where women feel seen and heard, where we can express ourselves with vulnerability, connect authentically, and simply be held in the presence of sisterhood.

It was an evening of nourishment, connection, movement, reflection, and returning to balance.

On a nourishing nature walk this morning, gathering in some of Earth’s harvest. 🍁

Honoring Mabon, the Autumn Equinox, the beautiful abundance that Nature leaves for us, and the balance of light and dark. 🌕🌑

We’ve been doing morning walks this week after spending last week walking in the evenings. Inviting in more ways to slow down and connect with Earth, while also making time indoors for studying, learning, and homeschooling. Really bringing in balance in all areas. ☯️

As we begin to descend into the darker days, it’s such a beautiful time to reflect, turn inward, and release what no longer serves us or is no longer working. 🍂

To pause and appreciate all that we’ve accomplished since Spring, and to honor the growth, lessons, and abundance this season has brought. With so much gratitude and appreciation. 🙏🏼

I love Nature’s reminders of this. 🍁

The luteal phase has always been the hardest for me, as I’ve struggled with PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) for most of my life.

The grief is real. The anger is real. The irritation, anxiety… you name it..

The mental health outbreaks I had would always be the day before or a few days before my bleed, and they were SO intense.

It’s gotten better since I’ve learned about holistic hormone healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and energetics.

I’m all about embodying the cycle and meeting every phase with so much grace..ESPECIALLY this one. She lasts the longest and needs extra support.

Grounding techniques, movement, gentle detoxification, nourishing foods and herbs, sunlight, enjoyment and pleasure… allllll the things!!!

I’ve been using the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) to better understand my cycle and ovulation, and one of the fertility signs I pay attention to is basal body temperature (BBT).

I was previously using a traditional BBT thermometer, but with my inconsistent sleep patterns and breastfeeding, it was really difficult to get consistent readings every morning. I also don’t always have the clearest cervical mucus patterns at 7mo postpartum which is another great way to track, so having temperature data is especially helpful for me right now.

7 months of our Lilith!! Can’t believe we are here already!! Crawling, sitting, 2 teeth, on the go!! She is such a beautiful light with so much vibrant energy and a keen observer. She’s so determined. Has been since she arrived to earth. We love her so much!!!
