No words. No notes.
My boy is a star.
I think I’ve been to every performance of his at the incredible @jaxxtheatricals since Brian’s first show (which I forced him to do you’re welcome world)
I haven’t missed a preview or an opening night.
This was different. The entire theatre company was different last night. I could literally cried any second because of My Love for Brian ✨, another thing I would be remiss to not say is God there is so much incredible talent in Los Angeles. But there’s not many candles that can be held to him.
Actor
(Broadway level) singer
Dancer
Writer
Producer
EP
Director
Editor
Humanitarian
Substance abuse, mental health advocate and
leader in the queer space in the treatment industry
A wonderful son and brother and Uncle
And of course selfishly, the best friend a girl could ever pray to have.
Blown away. BOOTS DOWN. Bravo bravo bravo baby.

4 years ago in Kauai. Oh Dad…I am so grateful we were able to do this. I left promising to bring the spirit of that place back with me. I tried my best. Now I’m in another moment of rebirth. I can feel Dad by my side. He’s been with me for months guiding me along the way. ❤️❤️❤️ by @brian.wizzz

TWO MORE PREVIEWS!

I know a bit about dream projects. From Wrath Mercy to Company. Watching Jeremy’s dream come true and playing a small part in it has been a great gift. From our workshop of Clubhouse to Club27 - our World Premiere is SATURDAY. You have two more previews (tonight and tomorrow) to see it before then, and we run for 3 more weekends.

Jaxx has been an incredible grounding for me the past 2 years. Looking back I can see how it arrived in my life right on time. Theatre saves me yet again.

With a new chapter in my life already begun, I feel like I’m having my own World Premiere of sorts. And Jaxx and Eminess continue to play a remarkable role. VERY grateful.

After five and a half years, I made the decision to move on from Breathe Life Healing Centers. It’s even more emotional than I thought it would be, despite the certainty.

Breathe is the longest I’ve ever worked anywhere, and this chapter of my life has taken me places I never could have imagined when it began.

More than anything, I will always be proud of the people I was able to help find treatment—particularly members of the LGBTQ+ community and those struggling with Chemsex.

Breathe also supported another enormous part of who I am: the filmmaker and artist. Before Wrath Mercy was a film—when it was still just a script and an idea—Deb and Brad believed in it enough to make Breathe an Executive Producer on the film with their generous contribution.

I’ll never forget having a private screening of Wrath Mercy at our holiday party, where I felt incredible support from everyone in that room. Wherever that film goes, Breathe will always be there in the credits—and that means something to me.

And then there was New York.

I had struggled so much during my years living in New York, and going back later in life for Breathe—healthy and in recovery, doing work I believed in—allowed me to reconnect with a city I love in an entirely different way.

There were conferences. Presentations. Instagram reels. Holiday parties. Airports. Ridiculously long days. A LOT of coffee. 😂 There were record census celebrations and moments when I knew that something we had done had genuinely changed someone’s life.

I’m proud of the work I did. I am in tears with the understanding that I leave Breathe knowing what I did for them. For my community.

I’m grateful for the people I helped. I’m grateful for the people who helped me. And I’m ready for what comes next.

Onward. 💙 by @brian.wizzz

Hello all! With Club27 in Previews and Jaxx’s 20th Anniversary Season underway we are selling Ad Space for our Playbill. For anyone who may not know, the 3rd pro show of the season is my dream project, Company. I’ll be playing Bobby and producing with Eminess Productions. Your ad in the playbill will help with those costs as well as support the other shows - Club27 and Seussical, which I will (spoilers!) be directing!! Great, great things ahead. But we need your support. For my Mental Health providers, Club27 deals with addiction, grief and mental health, so this would be a great opportunity for you. Reach out if you have any questions. You can purchase “shout outs” or ads for one, two or all three shows!

Deadline to make the Club27 playbill is Sunday! Link to purchase is in my bio. taken in Jaxx Theatre by @brian.wizzz
