Happy Anniversary to us 37 years together. At times its like yesterday we met in 1985. Until we look at all the years that have gone by. Like sand through the hourglass. But here we are Living and Loving like 37 years but it feels more like 37 minutes. When people asks I have one line. Never forget why you Love her

Took a few days and went to Asbury New Jersey. There are very few things we enjoy more then the Jersey Shore. Asbury is new to us but had a good time and some fantastic food and Drink. The water was perfect and the beach was amazing. Definitely walked a lot more then we planned on. I know its not Cape May but in the end its all Jersey.

I made a few more yesterday. No i don't think Irish soda bread is just for special occasions. Holidays or Christmas. It is a Lovely bread that should be enjoyed year around and when you need to go back home but you can't go now. So make some bread and bring Ireland to America 🇺🇸 🇮🇪 i really went overboard with the raisins maybe?

New for me in 2026 is making bread.. and the one bread I've been making the most is. Irish soda bread. 🇨🇮 The recipe is My Beautiful wife Theresa's Mother Colleen recipe the way her family has made it for who knows a couple Hundred years? Just 6 ingredients and no sugar or eggs. I may not be Irish but the Italian side of me makes a Good bread!!! 🇮🇹 I have to say I do but my own touch to it with 2 times the raisins. Sorry I like raisins. I cut it up went to make tea and got the last piece! They don't know i make to lofts. Don't tell my Family

On my way home from work in West Milford to took a trip down memory road Clinton road. Yes the road behind where I was backed in was the road to get to the castle on Clinton road, New Jersey. If you don't know Now you Do. When I was in West Milford high school, this was the first last and only place you would ever find me and my best friend Andera. Every now and then I go back. Class of 1984. Time to show off the Tacoma.

Okay this is really it! As of Saturday I got a new truck and will be selling my Jeep. It's was a very very good Wrangler and as anyone that knows me I had some of the best times you could have in a Wrangler allowed by law. But when it came time to get a truck I just couldn't get a new Jeep and the people at Crestmont, Toyota in New Jersey could not have made it easier. I will miss my Jeep like a best friend I'll never see again 😢

We are in NYC for the P.B.R. buckoff At the Garden 2026. We route for the balls. We are hoping the Preacher's Kid is #1 bull again in 2026. Like we like the Bull riders but the bulls are the star's of the show.

Got some real snow in Rockaway NJ on this Beautiful day. We did get a little covering before this but not enough for the Snow blower that doubles as a dishwasher.
