A couple of laps around the little track I developed on our property. It’s nothing special, but it’s a lot of fun. Being able to walk right out your front door and get some throttle therapy in the dirt is a huge blessing I will never take for granted. taken in Lenoir City, Tennessee by @brian_la

Found this guy about half way back on my property this evening. This young two point white tail buck was enjoying a drink from our pond. We frequently see deer prints all over the property and see does regularly. This is the first buck I have spotted on the property. A large portion of it is heavily wooded so it’s tough to see them. Me and my boys walk along the deer paths through the woods weekly looking for sheds, prints, and deer themselves. Also excuse the poor camera work. I was excited and surrounded by two young boys who were freaking out and jumping on me while I was flying! by @brian_la

Without fail, another night of spectacular aerial displays here in East Tennessee. I threw the drone up tonight to look north west of me towards the sunset. Might as well tell @dustin_farrell to pack it up and go home, I got this one covered. taken in Lenoir City, Tennessee by @brian_la

Growing up in Southern California only afforded me the rare opportunity to experience lightning and thunder. But now having moved to the south I have experienced more thunder and lightning in the past 2 months of summer than the rest of my life combined, and it’s fantastic. Tonight I sat on my porch and watched as a storm blew past a few miles north east of our house. It wasn’t “near non stop lightning” it WAS non stop lightning. At any given moment there was a portion of the sky lit up by lightning. You couldn’t look somewhere for more than a fraction of a second without seeing lightning. Absolutely incredible. This video, along with like 4 others just don’t do a bit of justice. Sometimes the thunder was distant, low rumbling and then it would instantly be a bolt of lightning and peel of thunder right on top of me so loud it shook the house. And this happens multiple times a week. It’ll happen again tomorrow. I couldn’t be happier at witnessing such an incredible display of the power of our Creator and Mother Nature. taken in Lenoir City, Tennessee by @brian_la

While the rest of the family is in CA I went on a fantastic ride to a legendary road, Tail of the Dragon, in Eastern Tn, just an hour from my house! Had a fantastic time riding the Foothills Parkway and the Dragon. The riding here in Eastern TN rivals any road in CA. And fantastic weather to boot. taken in Lenoir City, Tennessee by @brian_la

FYI the little guy was fine. It was a young buck. With this many spots and how small he was he is probably only 3-5 weeks old. They lose their spots by about 4-5 months and he still had a strong spotted coat. A neighbor came over and gave him a once over with me because she had heard him too. He was healthy just scared from Buffalo (my dog) being up in his business. Buff hadn’t bit him or anything he was just super curious and likely just wanted to run around and play with him. He was hydrated and wasn’t covered in ticks or anything. We set him down outside the fence and he hopped off in the same direction his momma had gone and never came back. I’ve never felt anything as soft as this fawns coat! taken in Loudon County by @brian_la

Super proud dad moment. Hudson will be 3 next month but is already on his pedal bike looking like he has been doing it a long time. Not gunna lie I feel proud and robbed. Proud because he’s only 2! He’s only 2 years old and has no training wheels and is so good at his bike. Robbed because he used a balance bike and went to this bike and I was never able to run behind him, encouraging him, holding the bike up, out of breath. A stereotypical dad moment. But, super proud that he’s already riding so well. Won’t be long till it’s got a motor and he’s getting a knee down! taken in Farragut, Tennessee by @brian_la

Classic parenthood moment. Henry cut his own hair the other morning. Two real good chunks, front and center. Only one way to really fix it…he loves it because now he looks like dad! taken in Farragut, Tennessee by @brian_la
