words will never ever be able to describe how grateful I am for everything this program has done for me.

I’ve dreaded making this post because once it’s posted that’s it. But I know that the program is in great hands and will continue to prosper under wonderful leadership.

I’ve met some of my best friends in this program and the love that I have for them and you all is unwavering.

Thank you for everything. Thank you for your patience and understanding this weekend. For the excuse to buy the cutest suits every 4 months. For the laughs, smiles, and tears. For bringing me this unreal experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I’ve learned so much from you all but I hope you also learned a lot from me. Thank you so much for the trust you put in me to help lead this program. (Sorry for never getting you all pizza😬)

So for the very last time Youth and Government. My name is Briana Alagba from the Gardena Carson delegation, and I am so incredibly honored to have served as your 77th Secretary of State and Youth Governor.
