This is frustrating, but this is my third account absolutely no fakes. I'm single, a christian, very friendly, and only looking for positive vibes.

Today, the Black Men Wellness Day Walk was another turnout. This took place in a different location this year and it was quite a walk, but I made through. My numbers are look good, just need to improve my BMI%. Other than that I'm still a healthy man. I got checked out and Not checked in. 💪🏿💪🏿💯💯 taken in Columbus State Community College by @briankennethsmith1981

Last night at the African American Male Wellness Real Men Real Talk Summit was AWESOME. The theme is, " MASKULINITY: Remove your mask, Refine yourself. It's a mental health conversion on how you can improve mentally and physically, and everything he talked about I got so much information from. We also have breakout sessions that was also GREAT, and I really enjoyed it so much. When everything was all set and done, I had a pleasure of meeting former NFL player, Michael Vick. He did an awesome job last night. Every year, it will very important for me to attend to these summits, it is life changing. taken in East High School by @briankennethsmith1981

First and foremost, I would like to thank all of my friends and family for offering their condolences for the passing of my dad, William K Smith. The funeral went well despite of the weather and my heart goes out to all of you. This is going to be a lot to take in. Last year, I shared this with many of you. On April 23rd, my biological father James Simon (Left) passed away. This year, my adopted father (Right) who raise me all my life passed away on December 3rd of this year. Losing two dads in two-years is devastating, but my Heavenly Father is still here with me. He is the one who will give me strength and courage, and will not allow me to walk in shame and guilt. God also wants me to walk in faith and have peace, and I have to thank him for that. Today, is a new day! I'm no longer sad or down. God will walk through this difficult time and all I have to do is put my trust in him. He is my source and my strength! From here on out, I will do whatever He tells me to do and NOT the enemy stand in my way. I love you all and once again, Thank You! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ by @briankennethsmith1981
