Get to know me in 5’s 💛 This is such a cute trend. 💗 Also, why are all my favorite movies/shows super old? I feel unhip. 😅

Hi friends 🫶🏻 I’ve recently had an influx of new followers so I felt it was necessary to reintroduce myself! I never made an official one of these anyway and I had fun doing it 💕

Just like the second slide says, my name is Brianna 💖 I’m 31 years old with a birthday coming up in June ♋️ I’ve been with my husband 9 years, married for 3 💍 and we have a 2 year old autistic son. They’re the absolute lights of my life. 💙

I used to struggle heavily with alcohol, and because of that, April 2026 marks 4 years sober for me 🫶🏻

I have OCD and very intense anxiety, and that is something I struggle with everyday. 🧠

Falling in love with reading again really helped me find myself again, especially after becoming a Mama! I always loved to read as a kid, but not so much in my early adult life. I would read here and there, or I would reread some of my favorite books but it wasn’t until 2022 that I started reading again and it became a full time hobby again in 2023 💖 which has been the best thing!

I’m a big fan of contemporary romance, romantic suspense, domestic fiction, magical realism, mystery, thriller and fantasy! So, a medley of things. 💞 Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas and The Ravenhood series by Kate Stewart are my two top tier series. 👑

I love being apart of the book community and meeting new bookish friends! What better way to spend our time than talking about books? 💗 (I can’t think of any 😉😂) Thank you sm if you took the time to read this! 🥰🥰📚🐌

October Reading Wrap Up 🩷🎃🍂 I read 8 books this month! DNF’d two and managed not to fall into a slump 👏🏻 Overall I would call it a success 🤭

We went Trick or Treating as a Werewolf pack and I’m so happy with how it turned out 🐺🫶🏻 My son looked so cute in his costume 🥹🥹😍 I hope everyone had an amazing Halloween and a wonderful October! 🎃 Fingers crossed that November is even better🤞🏻

This girl actually said “I’m not trying to hear all that” 😂😂😂😂😂 These two are….. something else. 70% through A Court Of Splintered Harmony and Elain and Azriel’s hot mess aside, I am really enjoying this book 🫶🏻🌌 Though Nesta, Feyre and baby Nyx are the only people I like right now. 😂😂

Happy Splintered Harmony release day! 🩷 I had to venture out into the wild today to pick this baby up. I am so ready and audiobook is secured. ☑️ I’m only a few chapters in so far but I am loving it so far 😍😍😍 So excited to dive back into this world. 🌌

I also got this cute ACOTAR kindle case and I am OBSESSED. 😭😭🥹

Sunday’s are for bookish crafts 🎨🖌️ I had so much fun painting this ‘The Housemaid’ inspired planter/holder 🚪🗝️ I listened to The Locked Door, also by Freida McFadden while I worked and I’ve almost read it in one sitting 👏🏻

Beth Is Dead by Katie Bernet ❣️📖
4.25 ⭐️

“the very best part of my life is that I was magically, miraculously born with sisters” 💞✍🏻

As a lover of Little Women, I initially didn’t know what to think about this retelling but I am SO GLAD that I gave it a chance. Beth Is Dead pays homage to the original Little Women while always reinventing the story into a fast paced mystery whodunnit that kept me guessing the whole time!!! There were so many Easter eggs and nods to the OG story but it also felt like a fresh new story. The best part though was that the core heart of the story stayed the same, the love and strength between these four sisters. 🥹🥹 Here I thought this would be a spooky read for October and instead I’m on the verge of tears. 😭😅 I immersive read as well and really enjoyed the audio!!!!

Also let’s take a minute to appreciate my new Disney Halloween pajama pants 👏🏻🎃😂

Friendly reminder that authors are human beings and that they do not actually owe us anything. I know a lot of people are just really excited about the next book and so am I, but we have to remember to take a breath and trust the process, ESPECIALLY now during a time of great loss for Rebecca. The book will be done when it’s done.

Adaptations are NEVER going to match up to exactly what we see in our heads because we’re all using our individual imaginations as readers. That being said, it’s okay to be disappointed by the casting. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but to say that you prefer AI generated characters over real actors just because it’s not quite what you pictured????? I find that very unsettling. These actors were chosen for a reason and I am excited to see them bring these characters to life. I loved Esther McGregor in We Were Liars so I am HYPE. 🐉🗡️⚡️

Just here for fun this time around 😂 I kept telling myself I was going to do a full reread for A Court Of Splintered Harmony but I started ACOTAR and just couldn’t do it. Woes of a mood reader 😭😭 I think I’ll be okay so let’s just hope for the best 😅🫶🏻📚
