this past weekend marked one year since my dad passed away from cardiac arrest🕊️❤️

i miss your silliness, your laughter, your jokes, and your support. it’s been so weird without you here.

thank you dad for being one of my biggest supporters, for always believing in me and pushing me to achieve my dreams. you always told me to major in something i am passionate about and to never let anyone tell me i can’t do something. i can’t believe i turned 18, let alone graduated high school and am now at college without you. i miss you so much.

this past year has been one of the worst year of my life, but i have learned to be strong and to keep going even when all i wanted to do is stop. i want to thank all of my friends and family who supported me and were there for me when life was genuinely horrible. i love all of you guys so much and owe everything to you.

for anyone who is struggling out there, the @the_healing_center_seattle has been an amazing help to my family and i. loss is an incredibly difficult thing to manage and this place has tremendously helped me navigate my grief. i was honored to speak at their fundraiser a few weeks ago and share my story.

remember no matter what you are going through, you are never alone. there is always someone out there who is going through a similar thing. always reach out and get help.

miss you loads dad ❤️ by @briannathebee_
