I just got back from New Orleans.

And I’m still thinking about it.

Not because of the food although yes, obviously the food.

But because of the team we had the privilege of spending two days with.

A beautiful group of people who showed up fully.

Not because we gave them a binder full of ideas.

Because we built something together.

And that’s exactly why we love this work.

Here’s the thing about in-salon coaching that nobody talks about.

Most workshops are an event.

You leave with pages of notes, a head full of inspiration, and genuinely good intentions.

And then Monday arrives.

The clients come back. The team needs something. The schedule fills up.
