Tonight’s poster for The War On Drugs in Sterling Heights, Michigan! This band has been a staple in our household for many years now, so to be able to once again create a poster for them has been such an honor. A huge thank you to the band and management for this amazing opportunity.

This design was inspired by the line in “Occasional Rain” that has really resonated with me…“Ain’t the sky just shades of gray, until you seen it from the other side.” 🌦️

Waddup Boston! If you're heading to see @thewarondrugs tonight at Blue Hills Bank Pavilion, be sure to stop by the merch table to pick up one of these posters I made for tonight's show! It was such an honor to be able to create a poster for such inspiring and unbelievably talented musicians. taken in Leader Bank Pavilion by @brianshawdesign

Had an amazing opportunity to work on some artwork for @oakridge_cabin. If you’ve not yet checked into staying here, I highly suggest it, because what they’ve built is absolutely stunning! BRB…gonna go get lost in the woods 🌳🥾 by @brianshawdesign

When @dave.sync5 and @emlycinque asked me to recreate their favorite spreads from the book Stellaluna in watercolor for their new baby boy Sawyer’s nursery, I jumped at the chance. Such a special and meaningful project to know that their son will grow up with these paintings. Thank you both for trusting me with this one! 🦇🦇 by @brianshawdesign

It’s been several months since I’ve shared any work I’ve done. Life has been wonderfully busy trying to keep up with my 1 year old daughter. But let’s get caught up, shall we? Here’s the last run of pet portraits I did of Bruce, Holly, and Beau! This was my first time painting on a bourbon bottle…I had a ton of fun with it! Thank you to all who trusted me with capturing your furry loved ones! 🐾 by @brianshawdesign

This painting was quite an exciting challenge! The task was to take a black and white photo from an old newspaper (swipe to see original photo) and paint it in color for an 80th Birthday present for a former Gettysburg pitcher! It was quite the honor to paint this one. #gettysburg #gettysburgcollege #baseball #pitcher #watercolor #sports #birthdaypainting #vintage #painting #art #artist #watercolorpainting #watercolorartist #baseballpitcher by @brianshawdesign

Just in time for “Yard Game Olympics” this summer! I tackled painting my first set of corn hole boards. Since these will find their home by the Chesapeake Bay, I decided to run with that theme 🌊☀️ Can’t wait to take them for a test run! **A massive thank you to my talented friend Mike for building these boards! by @brianshawdesign

Had the pleasure of working on the album cover to @alex_the_listener ‘s sophomore album, “Cry”. If you aren’t familiar with his work, you should take the time to be! Stellar musician/songwriter. Thanks for the opportunity to be a small part of this musical endeavor! 👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂👂 by @brianshawdesign
