In Youth & Discipleship we aren’t just building programs. We are INVESTING IN PEOPLE, STIRRING VISION, and PREPARING FOR REVIVAL!

Leadership Conference is an opportunity to pour into the State and Regional Youth Directors and Girls Ministries Coordinators who are faithfully investing in their local leaders and the next generation. It’s a time to be refreshed, equipped, challenged, and reminded of the calling God has placed on our lives.

Invest in the leader. Strengthen the ministry. Reach the generation.

The vision is clear and we’re believing for REVIVAL in this generation! by @brianyaun

NYLA 2026 wouldn’t happen without the people who carry the vision and make room for moments like these. ❤️

To our International Director, Brian Yaun, Assistant Director, Max Reyes, the NYLA Board, all of the State and Regional Youth Directors, and everyone who served behind the scenes: we are thankful for you. Thank you for your heart for youth ministry, your investment in leaders, and your commitment to seeing the next generation know Jesus.

A huge thanks to our International Youth & Discipleship Team for leading us with excellence and for all you do in planning and executing events like this weekend. What a blessing you are!

We’re so grateful for each of you and all the Lord has done at NYLA 2026. Leaving changed, better and ready to take what was poured into us and invest into the next generation. by @brianyaun
