Recent Work with Corepower Yoga for their 2026 Ad’s and website content. This was a fun day, always a blast working with the CPY team, Chloe, and Alex. Tossed up a couple of 600D’s a 1200D Book light, and some smaller fixtures to add fill and edges. Some recent work for Blackland Distillery. Fully integrated custom Animations, Video, and Photos for their shop page. These updates come right before a national distribution push, excited to be creating and problem solving in adjacent mediums. by @brice_dop
Loved shooting this insurance spot in Chicago earlier this year. It was fun to work out some of these cool POV rigs, and creative shots. I’ve already broken my original promise to myself, I haven’t posted once a week. Life gets in the way sometimes, and that’s ok. I’m grateful that I’ve been staying busy. Ayla and I were out in Aspen on business this past weekend and I wanted to shoot some of the landscapes we saw. Luckily we got some amazing fall colors and a fresh snow. It’s hard to stay creative when you make excuses. I’ve been trying to use any downtime or spare minute when I have my camera to capture something interesting. I’m getting married next month to the lovely @aylaraeweddings and can’t wait to capture some moments on our wedding trip. Hope everyone is doing good, and I look forward to re-connecting with everyone after my wedding in October. -BP by @brice_dop

In between shooting on a travel job I got a little inspired to pick off a few shots. My brain is feeling better not sitting at a desk. However my back isn’t enjoying the airplane seats and hotel beds. (I’m happy with the trade off.) #bmcc6k #blackmagicpyxis #pyxis #braw #cinematography #sigmaart by @brice_dop
The last few years of sales, computer work, pitches, have lead to immense burnout and me forgetting why I initially fell in love with creating images. My stills camera broke a year or so ago, and I have found myself struggling to find an outlet for my creativity in cinematography. Since I no longer have my Fuji to shoot stills with, I will be pushing myself to capture video sequences and video frames. I am hoping to do this at least once a week. I remember how hungry I was in film school. All I wanted to do was create, learn, and improve. I am hoping to relight that creativity with these videos. I am determined to not let filmmaking become mundane and an avenue of complacency for myself. One week married 🤍 A few of the miracles from our two day celebration: - Friday poured wild and freezing rain on us, to the point that I asked mid-ceremony if we needed a break. Not a single person moved an inch. Saturday’s weather was pristine — the only sun and warmth of the whole week - I found the vintage dress of my dreams (1970s Gunne Sax, iykyk) and it fit every single one of my measurements perfectly - We imported Brice’s suit from Scotland — the only high quality vintage cut tweed we could find, and an accidental homage to his Scottish roots - The Army granted my brother 48 hour leave. Still reeling from that luck. - We used my paternal great grandfathers saber to cut our pie, my maternal grandmother’s knife to slice it (sorry, have YOU ever tried to cut a 9” pie with a 3’ saber??), and an engraved server gifted to us by Brice’s parents to plate it - All but 3 of our guests traveled out of state to celebrate with us. The dedication and love we felt from everyone around us was UNREAL. We love you all so much.
