It’s only October but mentally we’re… digging out the Christmas LEGO sets from storage. 😭😆

Some nights I questioned the build. Some nights I questioned myself. Same struggle. Same answer: keep going.

Last year I needed 16 of these dragons (Harry Potter Norbert) in light bluish gray for my cathedral. They average about $15 a pop in Bricklink! 🤯 I got the dark green ones for $1.

Why spend $240 when $16 and some paint gets you the same part? Would you do it?

That one time you thought they were stairs…😭

Don’t switch up now. The second I pushed them into the wall and the chorus hit??

Stairs or siding - lock in your answer. 🤣😂😅

I love Lumibricks’ Western collection, and their new Old West Inn is just built different. I can’t wait to get into those second‑floor rooms.

Bro really got off the grid…😎🏝️

Lumibricks sent over their Misty Forest Cabin for me to check out, and I honestly didn’t expect the mist feature to be as cool as it is. I thought it might be more of a gimmick, but it actually adds a whole different feel to the scene and really brings the cabin to life. 🌫️

Between the hammock, raft, cabin and that mist rolling through the forest, this one has some seriously chill vibes.

The Misty Forest Cabin is $124.99 USD and includes 2867 pieces.

If you want to check it out, you can find it through the link in my bio.

P.S. Benito is my own minifig - he does not come with the set. 😂

Turns out you can make something divine out of mostly gray bricks. Take notes, Death Star. 💀😭🤣😂

Half way through the glorious Modular Cathedral.

Back to one of my biggest builds from last year…the Modular Cathedral from Rebrickable.

All those tiny transparent 1×2 plates tucked into the lattices and grates are what bring this rose window to life.

Revisiting the medieval cathedral I started building last year.

Every cathedral wears its faith like ink - in glass, not skin. The rose window of this cathedral build is 🔥🔥. Each transparent shard of brick glass catches light like a burst of divine color, flooding the altar in a halo of blues and golds.

I finally took the $20 baby step and put my Palace Cinema on a MILS plate…and suddenly, it’s ✨ CINEMA ✨ 🎬

The lighting isn’t new, though. 😂 I’ve actually had the light kit installed on this Palace Cinema since 2021, making it the first modular in my LEGO collection that I ever lit up.

Now it finally has the MILS upgrade to match.

Sometimes those little upgrades make all the difference. Would you MILS your LEGO modulars?

Okay, tell me why I suddenly need a cyberpunk manga shop in my city? 👀

This new Cyberpunk Manga Shop from Lumibricks brings that neon, futuristic manga-shop vibe with 1699 pieces with brilliant LED lighting packed into one seriously cool build. 📚

And the best part? It’ll be available in mid-September!

Would you add this to your city? 👀

I finally put my Boutique Hotel on a MILS plate and then immediately added my previous upgrade back onto the upgrade. 😭🌸

The pink bougainvillea had to return because honestly? The Boutique Hotel just looks too good without it climbing up the façade.

So yes, I upgraded my upgrade. And I’d do it again. 😂

Now the question is: when does upgrading LEGO officially become a problem? 👀
