Hi, My name is Barakah Adediji but you can call me Barri. Many people know me as a fashion designer creating outfits that made women feel beautiful and confident. After relocating to Canada, I had to pause that chapter of my life.
Though,one thing hasn’t changed: my love for parties and weddings. Not just the glitz or glamour, but the joy of helping brides making sure they’re calm, happy, and cared for.

Over the years, I’ve done it for friends; sourcing fabrics, curating gifts, packing boxes, and ensuring everything went smoothly. But I noticed something: most brides get overwhelmed on their big day even though they have everything settled.They worry about vendors, timing, last-minute details, or even who will hold their personal items instead of soaking in the joy.

When I moved here, I realized that many brides in Canada, especially Nigerian and African brides, often don’t have family around to help. That’s when it clicked that every bride deserves more than just a beautiful wedding; she deserves a calm one.

The idea behind starting this business came from my love for helping brides feel comfortable and cared for on their big day. Over the years, I’ve done it for friends; going all out, sourcing fabrics, gifts, and making sure they had everything they needed while I watched over them with love.
I wanted to turn that passion into something more for brides who want their friends to enjoy the celebration, not worry about the details.
