Ever wondered what Brides with God (…aka BWG) is about?

It’s for the woman between yes and I do, the one carrying joy, pressure, and becoming all at once. Here, you’re reminded that you’re still God’s daughter, that He’s present in this season, and that you don’t have to walk it alone. 🤍 by @brideswithgod

Planning revealed things I didn’t realize I believed.

How I handle pressure.
How I respond to people.
What I tolerate.
What I avoid.

Some of it looked normal.
But it wasn’t sustainable.

So I had to unlearn it.

Save this if you’re in that process too.

It’s funny… until you realize it’s actually real 😅
In the video, she says one thing,
and her mom hears something completely different.

Wedding planning can feel like that.

You mean well.
They mean well.
But somewhere between what was said and what was heard… things get tangled.

The misunderstandings.
The opinions.
The conversations that weren’t meant to feel heavy—but do.

If you’re navigating this season, here are 4 things to anchor yourself in:

1️⃣ Form your convictions before the crowd weighs in.
Spend time with God and your own thoughts first so your decisions are rooted, not reactive.

2️⃣ Listen with discernment, not obligation.
Not every opinion needs a yes. Wisdom helps you separate love from pressure.

3️⃣ Hold boundaries with grace.
You can be kind and firm at the same time.

4️⃣ Stay open to compromise.
Sometimes God softens your heart.
Sometimes He shifts theirs.

Prayer helps you know when to stand and when to meet in the middle.

This season isn’t just about planning a wedding.
It’s teaching you how to lead with wisdom, clarity, and grace.

I am not overwhelmed.
I am not behind.
I am not too much.

I am covered.
I am guided.
I am held by God.

I’m not a bridezilla
I’m a bride with God. 🤍

I had to learn that talent alone isn’t enough.
God appoints people for assignments.

If the wrong people are involved, even good plans feel heavy.
But when the right ones are in place, there’s grace on the process.

This season taught me to stop rushing and start praying.
To ask God who He’s already prepared for this day.

Because He cares about every detail
including the people He brings into it.

Save this and pray through it 🤍

Dear Bride,

You just said yes. And now the voice in your head is probably asking: Okay, but what do I do now?

Let me tell you something: You don’t have to have it all figured out this week.

This season? It’s not just about planning an event. It’s about becoming. It’s about letting God shape you, prepare you, ground you.

So before the Pinterest boards take over. Before the opinions start flying. Before the pressure builds.

Take a breath.

Get aligned with your person. Invite God into the process early. And remember: You’re becoming, not just planning.

Swipe through for what every newly engaged bride needs to hear before diving into full planning mode.

And if you’re looking for a space to stay grounded while wedding planning begins? You’re in the right place.

Welcome, babes. We’ve been waiting for you. ✨

Some days the weight of this season sits heavier on your heart than you expected.
You’re grateful…you really are, but gratitude doesn’t silence every question.
Joy doesn’t erase every fear.
And stepping into a blessing doesn’t always mean you feel ready for it.

But here’s the truth:
Readiness was never the requirement.
Willingness was.

God is not asking you to come perfect, He’s asking you to come honest.
To bring Him the doubts, the overthinking, the parts of you that still feel small.
Because the same God who called you “wife” is the God who will shape you into one.

There is grace for every part of your becoming.
Grace for the days you feel steady.
Grace for the days you fall apart.
Grace for the questions you don’t even know how to pray yet.

You’re not walking toward your marriage alone.
He’s forming you, equipping you, and steadying you with every step.

Sometimes the very thing you prayed for still stirs up questions you didn’t expect.
You finally step into what you asked God for… and suddenly the weight of it makes you wonder if you’re built for it.

If that’s you, don’t shame yourself for the thoughts you’ve been having.
God isn’t put off by your uncertainty.
He’s meeting you in it.

Pray about your fears.
Pray about your patience.
Pray about the small, hidden things that make you feel unqualified.

Because grace has a way of filling in the gaps you keep trying to fix.

The same God who called you to this season will sustain you through it.
You don’t have to have it all together.
You just have to be open enough to let Him do the shaping.

His grace is not just covering you…
it’s becoming you.

Nobody really talks about the worry that can come with something you prayed for.

The joy is real, but so are the questions.
Am I ready to be a wife? What if I get it wrong? How are we going to pay for everything?

Engagement is beautiful, but it’s also stretching. There’s so much to think about, so much to plan, so much unknown.

And yet, Jesus says… “Don’t be anxious about your life.”

Not because the details don’t matter, but because He already knows what you need.

The peace, the provision, the reassurance, it’s all already in His hands.

So breathe, bride. You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Not to dismiss your reality, but to remind you that He’s already in it.

God’s already taking care of everything you’re worrying about.

The same God who provided the promise will provide for the process.

So rest knowing that you don’t have to figure it all out.
God’s already working in the details you can’t control. by @brideswithgod

Maybe no one told you that joy and anxiety can coexist.
That you can be deeply grateful for this season, and still feel the weight of it pressing on your chest.

Everyone’s celebrating the highlight reel, but God sees what’s happening in your heart.

He sees the bride who’s smiling for photos but praying for peace in private.

And He’s not asking you to fake it.
He’s inviting you to breathe again.

This season was never meant to be perfect, it was meant to be transforming.

You don’t have to perform for Him.
You just have to be still long enough to remember:
You are still His bride before you are anyone’s wife. 🤍

Hey bride, here’s God’s promise to you today! He is with you, He will strengthen you, and He will hold you safe in His hands. No fear, no doubt, just His perfect love carrying you through.
