GOOD THANKS 🙏 What was meant to be a 6 day trip to Bali turned into a 15 day trip I’ll be v grateful for. Met a lot of new friends along the way and ran into people I hadn’t seen in over 10 years, laughed, laughed and laughed, surfed some fun waves, ate some delicious food and drank some insane cocktails, stay tuned for my next food vlog lol and watched some incredible sunsets on the cliff at one of the most beautifulest places to stay @uluwatusurfvillas

A bit of sickness has gone through the house over the last 72 hours, so I told Chilli & Rocky they had to walk to Woolies by themselves and get the stuff for dinner 😂 They genuinely thought I was sending them off alone. Obviously I wasn’t actually letting them do the whole journey alone… I was secretly following a couple hundred metres behind them on the e-bike 😂 They eventually cottoned on that I wasn’t far behind and still managed to scream at me to GO AWAY 😂 So I told them I’d ride ahead and go see a friend lol. Anyway… they took $20 to Woolies, they found all the items that were needed, went over the budget by $1.36 but that was due to the 8 bulbs of garlic they grabbed, long story short 7 garlic bulbs back to produce budget secured aswell as dinner 👌🏼 by @brideymcneven

A few new chapters ahead, and feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunities that have come with being part of rugby league.

The @tweedcoastraiders has been such a huge part of life. From playing, to the last few years volunteering as Secretary alongside some of the best humans ever, and now stepping into the President role for 2027.

Then came another opportunity through Brad, who joined the Raiders this year with his son to help coach the U/18’s. After seeing the work that’s gone into the club and supporting the females this year, he asked if I’d take on the Manager role with the Tweed Seagulls Harvey Norman U19 Girls Tackle team. A completely new role, but one I’m really excited to learn and grow through.

Most importantly, it’s the people along the way. The friendships, the incredible women across different clubs and the connections that make this game so special.

Hopefully these next steps can show my daughters, other girls and mums that there’s always a place to put your hand up, have a go and be part of something bigger.

Excited for what’s ahead. LFG 💚🤍🖤 by @brideymcneven

So proud of Chilli. She got up in front of her class last week and spoke deeply about her connection to the @cookislands for Public Speaking. She made it through to the next stage in the school hall today and gave it her best shot in front of more students and teachers. There were some great speeches, Chill didn’t make it through to the next stage but myyy goshhhh what a lil darlin to be able to do that today. Editing of vid is a bit how ya going 😂 but just keeping the other kids identities private. by @brideymcneven
