Okay, who's up for something a little bit different? Imagine a weekend-long campout with no DJs, and no sound system, at this beautiful Southern CA property, pictured!

I know that's not my normal offering 🙂 But I'm really excited to just have a chill relaxing weekend with hot tubs, ATVs, stargazing, conversations and good vibes!

The other route, I have to spend countless hours organizing and communicating, spending money and hustling to get it back -- and I'm just not feeling it this month.

I'm feeling like a chill weekend. A weekend that's not only chill for guests, but actually chill for me too. I need it!

So that's how it's gonna be - bring your tent car camping setup, campervan, or RV. We also have two RVs already on site for rent

No ticket tiers, no payment plans, no parking passes. Just a small contribution for the beautiful space and facilities provided.

Hot tubs, Showers, ATVs, and a million stars.

Channeling even more awesome LA daytime event venues... Here are 3 great ones @bridge2paradise recently brought on for daytime into night (not late-night) events.

Got any leads on big outdoor spaces in the city for daytime events? Hmu and I will reward you if things pan out!

Paging outdoor campout organizers in LA-Area or the Bay-Area!

@bridge2Paradise has a gorgeous new spot available exactly halfway between LA and San Francisco, right in the Sequoia Forest :)

I played there recently at the Spring Frequency campout, and more than a decade ago at Slinky.

The difference that decade made in infrastructure is phenomenal - I barely recognized the place when I played end of May!

What's new is 7 fancy cabins and 10 fancy yurts with nice beds, no bunks!

Plus a bunkhouse, a recreation room, restaurant, a yoga room, so many things :)

Psytribe returns here in October for their Halloween campout, and has first hold on their weekend as well in late May.

To keep events sustainable, the owners are limiting large-scale (over 500 people) events to four a year, which means we have just a couple openings for non-psytrance, large-scale events, and we need them to have a little spacing from those two mentioned.

So if you are looking to do a 1000-ish capacity outdoor campout / small festival in 2027 and need a great spot with accommodations plus camping, get in touch right away, please!

Don't be scared off if you are planning for under 500 people. The owners have room for many small-scale events with an appropriate sound system.

Yes, that means you can't bring a 16-cabinet Funktion One system for your crowd of 300. Think more like 8-cabinet Danley. It's plenty, and doesn't reach all the way to neighboring cities. If you can keep your event lower impact, you get a lower price.

Sometimes people are scared off by buyouts with accommodations but veteran organizers know you can mark these WAY up for those guests who demand and can afford luxury, and it actually helps to cut the overall rental cost down as they sell out easily

With all this infrastructure and upscale accommodations and different deals for small and large parties, this is an incredible add!

Zion Scouting Trip July 17

Huge thanks to @adriennegates for taking me around her old stomping grounds of Springdale and Zion National Park.

I'll keep things vague until more detail is available, but generally I am helping her with her dreams of bringing more art and music to the area :)
