Trying to become a morning person starts the night before 🌙

Lately, I’ve been learning that making tomorrow feel easier doesn’t always require a perfect productive night. Sometimes it’s washing my hair, moving the laundry over, taking care of my skin, reading for a few minutes and giving myself space to slow down.

Some nights are for homework and catching up. Other nights are for taking care of the little things that have piled up, and taking care of me, too.

My goal is to wake up at 6am, feeling a little less rushed, a little less groggy and a lot more prepared for the day ahead. Here is a little look at my 6-9pm night routine 🥰

I didn't think I'd be here a year ago.

At 22, living independently, balancing school, multiple jobs, and everything in between, I spent a lot of time genuinely wondering if I was doing enough.

Now I'm learning that growth doesn't happen all at once. It happens every time you choose to keep showing up.

One day you'll look around and realize you've built a life you used to pray for 🌱💕

The prettiest atmosphere, delicious food, and the sweetest surprise from our server, Cesar, who brought us extra edible flowers after catching us trying to reach the one in my drink 😂🌼 Such a cute night with my favorite person, and I’m still thinking about that focaccia!

Come spend an evening with us after work! A little sprint interval run, a sad encounter with a lizard I thought was alive, getting excited over the first signs of fall at Vons, finding the world’s largest sweet potato, and ending the night with steak and all our favorite sides 🤭🍂
