When I opened my eyes this morning I felt relaxed, calm and peaceful to know that I am home. At the same time, when I closed my eyes the rhythmic pulse of the sea rushed through me. The vibrant motion was so real I almost forgot I was back in the california desert. I am reminded of the beauty in duality. Life is interconnected and emerges in the void. Both calm and chaos. On National Public Lands day and everyday please remember the importance of preserving and appreciating public lands. Experiencing the beauty of Zion National Park with my family was amazing! All of the beauty of the natural world is astounding.
We can protect public lands by voting for representatives who reject new border infrastructure being constructed. Please make sure you are registered to vote and understand what will be on the ballot.

Thinking about the difference between toxic positivity and revolutionary hope. Toxic positivity is pretending everything is fine and ignoring unsavory information. Heartbreaking to see bulldozers in the National Park. This plan was outlined in project 2025. Please understand the interconnection between racism and environmental destruction.

As a mother and a woman in America I am grateful for the freedom I enjoy and fiercely protective. Being able to CHOOSE to be a mother is not something to take lightly. Suppressing women's bodily autonomy or right to vote (SAVE Act and single household voting) is not representative of American values. If you value family then vote for policies that support the creation of them. Maternity leave, childcare, healthcare, clean air. Being in your feminine energy is not about being tame and palatable. Putting out a simple spread of healthy snacks and not putting pressure on eating a certain amount of any item has been really helpful for me as a Mom. They always end up eating some and will often try new things when presented this way. I just put this together quickly with whatever I saw first.You can just do this for yourself as well. ❤️
