Hello and welcome to my author page! 💛

My name is Bridget Vick, and I am a school social worker and aspiring children’s book author.

I am excited to share my journey as I work on my first children’s book, The Power of Social Emotions. Through the story of a young girl named Mercy and her classmates, children will learn the importance of empathy, kindness, courage, responsibility, and understanding others.

This book was inspired by my Great-Aunt Ibie (Audrey), whose work as a school social worker encouraged me to follow a path of helping children and families.

Thank you for joining me on this journey. I look forward to sharing Mercy’s story with you!
