A great end to the show season at our favorite - The Bluff Country Classic! A rainy weekend full of friends and fun. We only brought juniors, and the classes were full of beautiful goats this year. With 50 Nubian juniors and 31 Alpine juniors entered, we are pretty proud of our results. Thanks to everyone who made this show happen! taken in Caledonia, Minnesota by @bridgewaterhill

The Wagners were on fire this summer! 🔥

Cooper kicked off the State Fair by bringing home Champion Overall Dairy Market Wether during the 4-H show.

Morgan had an incredible FFA show, winning Champion Overall Dairy Wether for the second year in a row - plus Champion Pair!

These kids work hard all season long, and it’s so fun to watch it all come together for them. From the day they picked these goats up, they put in the time, dedication, and effort to get these goats show-ring ready.

We couldn’t be more proud of all their hard work and accomplishments this summer! taken in Minnesota State Fair by @bridgewaterhill

Congratulations to Blake on a fantastic showing at the Le Sueur County Fair! 🔥

It’s always fun to follow the goats as they head to new farms, especially when they end up with owners who take such wonderful care of them.

Blake had a great county fair:

Another county fair has come and gone!

The boys brought 18 dairy goats, 1 market dairy wether, a rabbit, and a dairy heifer.

The days were busy, but worth it. We are so proud of the boys and the work they put into their projects this year. Theo and Weston will be old enough for the state fair next year and they have already started their planning.

Thanks to our fellow 4-H families, friends, 4-H staff, and fair board members for making this such a great week! taken in Rice County Fair by @bridgewaterhill

This big guy is not a fan of posing or even being touched, but we managed to sneak in an updated photo while we were trimming hooves. We will call that a win! 💪

May has brought some exciting new additions to our herd!

Both Theo and Weston set out this year hoping to add a new goat to their show strings, and they each found a little luck along the way. Theo applied for a giveaway opportunity through two incredibly generous Utah herds, while Weston applied for the Wisconsin Dairy Goat Association Share-A-Kid Program. They’re thrilled to have welcomed two beautiful new doe kids to our farm!

A huge thank you to LFARM Nubians for generously donating Theo’s new doe kid, LFARM Allianz. We cannot wait to watch them grow together. We’re also so grateful to Engylskye Dairy Goats for hosting the giveaway, and to Anja, Sierra, and Rene from Highland Nubians for helping get her safely back to Minnesota for us.

Another big thank you to Shisler Family Farm for generously donating Weston’s new doe kid, Shisler Farm Got My Champ. We had such a wonderful time visiting their farm and learning from the Shisler family.

The dairy goat community truly is something special. We are beyond grateful for these herds, their generosity, their willingness to share their incredible genetics, and their continued support of youth exhibitors. taken in Dundas, Minnesota by @bridgewaterhill
