New OHS PR of 150! Previous PR was 125, so I hit 130/135/140/145/150. Maybe had a little more left in me but stayed humble with the 5-peat….Haven’t OHS in months, haven’t PRd in 2 years. This general physical preparedness stuff works. I think my current split jerk is 150 too…and I just back jerked it, so maybe it’s time to retest that too.
