RIP to my 20s 🪦🥀⛓️What a way to send them off. 🖤 I spent my birthday weekend eating amazing food, soaking up the sun, dancing A LOT, paddle boarding, and laughing with people I love. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better celebration.It’s kind of wild looking back on the last 10 years. I honestly feel like I’ve lived nine different lives, and every version of me taught me something I needed. Some seasons were beautiful, some were messy, but every single one shaped the person I am today.I’m really proud of who I’ve become. More grounded, more confident, and more myself than I’ve ever been. At the same time, I know there’s still so much life to experience, so much to learn, and so many versions of myself I haven’t met yet and that makes me excited.To everyone who’s loved me, supported me, celebrated me, challenged me, and reminded me who I am: thank you. The greatest gift in my life has always been love, and I feel unbelievably lucky to be surrounded by so much of it.Here’s to my 30s. I have absolutely no idea what’s coming next... but if my 20s taught me anything, it’s that I always find my way. So here’s to getting wiser, hotter, funnier, and making this decade even better than the last. 🖤✨Also everyone deserves a friend like Natalie who’s down to randomly pull up to a cemetery after dinner for a birthday photoshoot. 10/10 friend behavior. 😂 by @briellerich

Thirty looks good already. 💃✨Kicking off my birthday celebrations before the big day this Sunday with a sexy heels class surrounded by some of my favorite people. Getting to share something I love with my friends made it even more special.Dance has always been a part of my life, especially when I was younger, so it feels so good to have brought it back in a big way over the last 6 months. It’s been one of the best gifts I’ve given myself.I honestly feel the best I ever have. I’m proud of the love and respect I’ve been showing myself by taking care of my body and making time for the things that make me feel strong, confident, and alive. And if all that hard work makes me look good too... I’ll take it. 😂🖤Here’s to 30, to celebrating this new chapter, and to continuing to choose myself every single day. My first burlesque project 🥹🖤This experience was so special to me. We spent a month learning the history and developing the character behind the performance before ever stepping in front of the camera. Every year on Earth Day I find myself reflecting on how lucky and grateful I am to witness her beauty in so many forms 🌎This past year took me further around the world than ever—to Thailand, where the water was the bluest I’ve ever seen and the rainforest reminded me (again) why it’s my favorite landscape. I hiked The Narrows in Zion National Park, which instantly became one of my favorite hikes, explored a new stretch of coast near Portland, soaked in new hot springs, and kept falling in love with the mountains and parks I get to call my home.I don’t take any of it for granted—the privilege to explore, the awareness to be present with it all, and the reminder that this planet is truly magic.We are so blessed 🤍 I love you Mama Earth by @briellerich
