Being a follower of God is not easy . There is a lot of growth one may not want to do
Fo example when we pray "forgive our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us " then the universe or God sends us the test or we maybe tested by other forces to see if we really mean to honor that prayer "like in star wars " fo to the light or the dark side 😂
Our natural first reaction maybe to say men! Screw that person ! Or I hate them ! Or we may want to wish them evil . is at that very moment... we are at the crossroads of letting anger fester or close our eyes for a few moments and say " I'm very angry right now but dear God , I give you my anger for you to handle this,I'm done hating put a for in it becsue I am done. and we decide we let go and let God . then we can rest in him becssue we trust he knows what to do eith that anger and that is growth . Not gonna lie becssue is painful
The ego wants to be right but the soul is tired of the constant fear and anger.that is surrender and is also an act of trust . This is why is important to reflect in what we study or what we read .
Reflection gives insight .. insight means to see from within and it creates understanding at a heart level . Forgiveness is for us to be free of hate. by @brightattempt
