Some nights just call for some hearty pasta and fresh tomato, basil and garlic sauce and some toasty ‘cheesy’ garlic bread. 🌱🍝🥖 This was one of those nights.

LOVE living near all of these amazing farm stands, it has definitely given our meals an upgrade!! Today’s breakfast featuring super sweet and juicy peaches, plump blueberries, ripe strawberries and we added some dragonfruit for a cool pop. Then we topped it with some vanilla almond milk yogurt and some crunchy dark chocolate granola. YUM! This breakfast will be on repeat so we can try to squeeze a little more summer out of the next few weeks!

Tonight’s plant based dinner was apple sage vegan #fieldroast sausages sautéed with yellow and red bell peppers, sweet onions and heirloom grape tomatoes with garlic zoodles from our local farm stand’s zucchini! Super quick and easy to make! I just sautéed the v sausage and veggies with olive oil, sea salt, cracked black pepper and then quickly sautéed the #zoodles with olive oil, salt and two smashed cloves of garlic. YUM! Perfect summer dinner! by @brighteyes82

Mondays are for noodles 🍜🍜🍜🍜 and these are DREAMY (and happen to be fully #vegan as is!) They are everything I could wish for in a cool summer noodle dish! Perfectly chewy, salty, sweet, earthy and the freshness of the scallions on top. If you were looking for an excuse to sit by the Plymouth waterfront and eat delicious foods and sip delicious drinks and have an amazing experience while supporting your favorite restaurant families…here’s your sign!

Garlic, sesame, soy, ginger, scallions, chewy noodles, crispy pillows of tofu and a beautiful spicy and sweet passion fruit cocktail. Sounds like the kind of stuff dreams are made of right? (They are) but also you can get food like this in real life at @saltplymouth This was all fully vegan/plant based as well!! (Obviously 😂) 🌱😍

Garlic, greens and proteins! Lunch today! Roasted garlic and tomato braised kale with onions and pan fried PUMFU! Tofu made of pumpkin seeds and it was nutty and delicious! Plus it’s super fun to say and is packed with 17 grams of protein per serving (so many people ask me where vegans get protein - and it’s in so many things, it’s easy!) Would you try it??
