July 6th | Week 6 of Run Club we did 1 x 800 warm up and 6 x 800’s for the actual track work. There were multiple times I actually wanted to stop running but kept going. A good indication that my mindset is shifting at the very least so Im proud about that. 🏃🏾‍♀️💨

This was a whole MONTH ago! I’ve got so many running vlogs to catch yall up on but wow. How cool to see how much things can change! We ran 14 x 400’s this day in suuuuper humid weather. This was my fastest 2 miles (at the time 🤭🤫)! We’ve made soooo much progress since this day you guys ☺️ by @briiteacafe
