If I Were Just Starting Out… Training Comes Next. 🏋️💪Too many people bounce from program to program looking for the “perfect” workout. If Brik were starting his fitness journey today, he’d focus on mastering the basics and staying consistent:✅ Pick a training plan and stick to it. Don’t change your routine every 2-3 weeks. Give it time to work.✅ Focus on progressive overload. Train with intensity and challenge your body to grow stronger over time.✅ Prioritize mobility. Congratulations to my friend @leo_dmv_iron for an incredibly successful grand opening of @dmv_iron_gym Clocktower! The gym was absolutely freaking insane. The equipment selection was over the top. Every single body part was outfitted with a deep selection of the best of the best including many custom pieces of equipment you won’t see anywhere else.
