Royal Pop did not arrive quietly.

It became a chase.

Queues before sunrise. Sold-out stores. Security barriers. Resale listings moving faster than the watches themselves.

Everyone wanted to get one.

Then came the real question:

Before the queues, before the hype, before Royal Pop became impossible to ignore - there was the octagon.

In 1972, steel was not supposed to become an icon.

One sketch changed that: an octagonal bezel, eight screws, an integrated bracelet, and a question the watch world was not ready for.

Fifty-four years later, the octagon went Pop.

This is where the story begins.

The color, the dial, the strange energy - that was always the point.

We did not want to hide it.
We did not want to make it serious by removing the joy.

We wanted to give that joy a structure.

Monarch WatchWare™ was built around Royal Pop to give each piece metal, proportion, weight, and presence - while keeping the personality of the original watch visible.

Different colors.
Different moods.
One Monarch language.

𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗽, 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲.

The Royal Pop did not need more attention.

It already had color.
It already had energy.
It already had a dial worth looking at.

The problem was everything around it.

We built Monarch WatchWare™ to give the Royal Pop metal, proportion, weight, and presence - without erasing the character that made it interesting in the first place.

Behind the simplicity is OmniSwitch™: our mechanism for receiving different Royal Pop orientations inside one WatchWare™ architecture, without opening or modifying the Royal Pop device itself.

Different colors.
Different crown positions.
One Monarch language.

This is not another strap solution.

It is Royal Pop rebuilt as WatchWare™.

Titan Edition was our first WatchWare™ design for Apple Watch Ultra.

And Ultra was not an easy object to touch.

It already had size.
It already had presence.
It already had enough technology.

Add too much, and it becomes heavy in the wrong way.
Add too little, and nothing really changes.

Titan was built in that narrow space between both mistakes.

Metal without unnecessary noise.
Weight without losing proportion.
Structure without making the Ultra feel trapped inside a shell.

It became one of the most requested WatchWare™ designs we ever released. It sold out, returned, and kept finding the people who understood why it existed.

Now Titan Edition enters Archive.

This version, in this form, is retiring.

Not because the idea is finished.

Because the next one has to carry everything we learned from it - and go further.

𝗢𝗺𝗻𝗶𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵™ — 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗽.

The Royal Pop created a problem most people never see until they try to build around it.

Some models place the crown at twelve o’clock. Others place it at three. The easy answer would have been separate WatchWares, separate inventory, and one more decision for the client to get wrong.

We refused that.

OmniSwitch™ allows one Monarch WatchWare™ architecture to receive the Royal Pop in its correct orientation — without opening, modifying, or disassembling the Royal Pop device itself.

Simple for the client.
Difficult to make feel this simple.
