Delivery Day!
Huge s/o to my brother @mtl.niewmoney he grabbed two units from us!
A large 3 bay fryer 32” X 36” wanted to separate the fish, chicken and fries in their own oil.
- Santa Maria style fry basket
- Two smaller compartments
- Two high pressure propane burners
- huge all brass drain valves in each bay
- and many more features!

- Double Barrel Grill w/ a ton of features
- All of our barrel pits come standard w/ barrel liners that have a raised charcoal rack and handles for easy ash dump.

Happy Veterans Day to all who served!
I served in the @usnavy for six years proudly as a Navy cook. Stationed in Yokosuka Japan for four, decommissioned the USS Independence and finished my last two with @assaultcraftunitfive a hovercraft unit located inside of Camp Pendleton (dope assignment).
I usually don’t share any personal details of my life on my business page but I am tremendously blessed, grateful and honored to be a Navy Vet! taken in Yokosuka, Japan by @brimstonepits

🚨Live Fire Table!🚨
It features a Santa Maria grill w/ raised charcoal rack, drop in grill w/ solid rods, tall grill w/ small diamonds for (roasting garlic, shrimp, popper’s, veggies etc.) lot’s of overhead hanging bars and a drop in arm for a Dutch oven.
Endless possibilities and variations!

Huge shout out to my brother @grills_on_film for trusting me with this build! Thanks for giving me the green light to do whatever I wanted and allowing me to go in any direction. Appreciate you bro!

That bomb short rib chili was created by @get_it_proper_bbq incredible bro!!!

(Side note)…. This one is a lil higher than normal because the owner is 6’ 4’ lol

The Brimstone deep fryer has arrived!
- deep fry
- steam
- seafood boils
- crawfish boils

~Smoked then Fried Chicken Wings~
“Cleaned!” some whole wings,
broke em’ down and saved the tips for broth. Used wagyu beef tallow for a binder,seasoned them with @acbarbeque MVP seasoning. Put some heavy mesquite and oak smoke on them and then…… deep fried them in @bleukitchen fry batter!
BRUH!! This combination is unbelievably bomb.
