Another summer of music 🤗 1 & 4 : pic by @louise__vrd Plop #5 is online, link in bio 🫶 by @brindesonj
Exactly ten years to the day since I first set foot in @beautyandthebeatldn, and words aren’t enough for gratitude! That same summer in 2016, @atemi_blackbush gave me my very first record, and a whole musical galaxy opened up for me. What followed was coming back to London as regularly as possible, meeting the @sweetapricotsparty family, closely tied to the @nuance.radio, getting through covid with our dearly missed @breakfastclubradioparis, then moving to Barcelona and finding another sound with the @cloud9soundsystem. It’s been a journey full of incredible moments, from parties I only experienced once but definitely need to revisit, like @beijaflorlisbon in Lisbon or @abstrack.family in Nantes, to learning about the musical heritage of the NYC Loft with @balloonwhisperer (maybe a visit in NY one day!), regular rendezvous at The Party, and Thierry’s traditional September party. I’m surely forgetting many friends and memories along the way. A massive thank you to all these beautiful souls for the ride: 10 years already. Special thanks to @clementineteinturier for supporting me — and putting up with me. And now we run our own thing, in our own style, with @mahyenedamour. Thank you for the journey, the legacy, and the memories. Can’t wait to see you all on the dancefloor. Love saves the day! 🪩❤️ by @brindesonj
