@andyishh + @bambaswim #35mm #film by @bringmephotos
I think this was only my second time shooting film (I think with a little G1 point and shoot), but still always impressed looking back how they look. Even if colors aren’t perfectly consistent or lighting isnt perfect I feel like I get such a better representation of the moment than if I shot this in digital (which for this one I did shoot both). Wish I had more time to shoot lately but its fun to look back and see what Ive learned over the past few years. Film is definitely the medium that keeps me wanting to pursue photography. Sometimes it feels like its impossible to master film but the imperfections are what give it its feeling that makes it hard to give up. Understanding that nothing is ever going to be perfect kind of free’s up your mind to just enjoy the process and embrace what you can’t always control. Anywho, shout out to @aimeecavaliere for letting me try my best back when I was just starting to learn 🤙🏼 by @bringmephotos
