Good company, fall festivities and plenty of flannels! 🍂🍻

Our Denver team hosted their first annual Oktoberfest at the Denver Botanic Gardens, bringing together our clients and project teams for an evening of appreciation, connection and celebration!

From food and drinks to games, s'mores and plenty of laughs, it was a great opportunity to step away from the jobsite and enjoy some time together.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and continues to be part of our success here in Denver. We truly value the relationships we've built and loved having the opportunity to celebrate them!

We're already looking forward to making this an annual tradition and doing it all again next year!

Helping Hope bloom for childhood cancer research 🎗️

Our Kansas City team represented Brinkmann's sponsorship at the 15th Annual Hope Gala, BLOOM, a dinner and auction celebrating the growth of hope for childhood cancer cures.

Through its fundraising, Braden's Hope for Childhood Cancer has committed more than $8 million to medical research. Attendees heard stories directly from the families the organization supports, the Hope Heroes who face this battle every day.

We're proud to support charities working toward better outcomes for the next generation of fighters. At Brinkmann, building up our communities is part of what we do. 💛

Whether a facility makes, processes, or assembles a product, the work inside depends on a space designed for it. At Brinkmann, we know that modern manufacturing requires precision, speed, and state-of-the-art infrastructure, and we’re proud to partner with the manufacturers who trust us to build the spaces where that work happens.

Brinkmann Builds Owners 🤝

This month, we celebrate a culture of ownership: the spirit of collaboration, accountability and shared purpose that drives our success together.

Employee Ownership Month is a time to celebrate the benefits of our ESOP and reflect on the foundation that made it possible. Your success is our success, and the same dedication we bring to building community spaces starts with the community we build within our own teams.

Thank you to all our employee-owners nationwide! Here's to another year of succeeding together 🎉 | Certified Employee-Owned

Exciting progress continues at the Buffalo Run Clubhouse Remodel and Expansion project, where we celebrated topping out last week! 🏗️

Our team joined the City of Commerce City, project partners and trade partners for lunch, site tours and a raffle to recognize the hardworking crews who have helped make the progress on this project possible.

The 10,732 SF remodel and expansion is bringing new life to the existing facility, including an expanded kitchen and new community space for the Bison Grill.

We’re grateful for everyone who has played a part in reaching this milestone and are excited to keep the momentum going as Buffalo Run continues to take shape!

Job site safety starts with a good headspace. 🧠

In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, our teams across job sites nationwide came together for September’s Safety Stand Down focused on mental health and suicide prevention.

Safety doesn’t just include using the right equipment the right way. Mental health is a core component of job site safety just like fall prevention, safety harnesses, and hard hats. Our teams learned key prevention strategies like recognizing red flags and creating a supportive culture so that everyone returns home safely. We are all in this together, so if you or someone you know is struggling, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline offers free, confidential support 24/7. Call or text 988 to connect with a trained crisis counselor.

Safety first. Last. Always.
