In honour of spooky season…and spilling water on my i phone, which made me have to use an old phone where I found these photos and videos. I bring you, “It’s pretty nerve wracking walking backwards in a heel on live television”. Was on tour with @officialsteps who always bring out the bangers. This was us out of rehearsals and popping into the @bbcstrictly studio for a little fright night performance of “Scared of the Dark”. Man, that tour catering was amazing! But, the great thing is that when you are dancing that hard every day, you can basically eat whatever you want!😂 Except this time I was hanging upside down half an hour into the show so I didn’t eat a big dinner and made sure it was before 6pm! We didn’t want to make this show too interactive now did we!? Anyway, post tour I took some photos. Was feeling good in my skin. Fit and strong. Hope you like them!:) #dance #takethat #prodancer #circuslivetour by @brionyalbert

I never want to take for granted how unbelievably incredible this experience was. From the dancers to the acrobats and crew to catering. I know how lucky I’ve been to be able to do this again. And thank you @howarddonald @markowenofficial @officialgarybarlow @takethat for your incredible music, your encouragement and talent. You are why we all came together and got to do what we love. Grateful is an understatement. 🤘🏻🥰😘 #takethat #professionaldancer #tailoftheelephant #dancer @dalvin.soll @lee_pratt @ranmarner @lewisfmitchell @jo.dyce @rubyhood.x @frankiewrighttt @claudialilly_ @_yasminharrison @lauradougaan @hannahgavinxx @crystalhantig @_adamcoyne98 @leeb_official @charlottebazeley @lizzie.gough @philipbirchall @tkjoel_ @adriangas @emilyhaygarth @charliegoddard @spencer.djones @kimgavin8 by @brionyalbert

Currently on the tour bus heading to Dublin. Looking at all the amazing photos and videos the audience have captured. I think I’ve gained half an inch in height and a full heart! #takethat #@takethat #tailoftheelephant #circuslive #professionaldancer ✌🏻 by @brionyalbert

I remember watching this song on Top of The Pops and singing and clapping along to it in my friend’s living room just like the audience do every show. This is my fifth Take That tour and every time I perform this song it never gets old! It’s amazing how the choreography stays in your brain for 17 years and as you re-learn it, it all comes back to you like it never left you! It’s a nerve wracking number- throwing up a stick and catching it with the other hand. I’m always up for the challenge- if you hadn’t guessed by now!🤭🤭🤭🫣🫣😊😎😆 #takethat @takethat @howarddonald #professionaldancer #dance #neverforget #fullcircle @libbyread by @brionyalbert

Having the best time with a load of talented people around me! The quick changes, climbing through small entrances, the nerves, the last minute adaptions due to weather, the laughs and of course-the fun! My debut as “the cloud doll”. It’s been so fun bringing her to life! #takethat @takethat #circuslivetour #dancer #theexperimentintensive by @brionyalbert
