Because the weather is cooperating + we’re celebrating Filipino American History Month…we’ve teamed up with @anthonypresents and dropping our Ube Ice-Cream BriqueWich this SATURDAY @everybodyeatsfestival 🍞💜🍨

We took our Signature Brioche French Toast, packed it with 2 scoops of our housemade UBE Ice-Cream, layered it with Vanilla Bean Whipp and finished with a coat of our Toasted Coconut Chips…and as always, topped with a little razzle dazzle of edible gold✨

Worldwide Brique Chronicles: Meet the Bern’s!
They came all the way from Austria to get a taste of the World Famous Brique! @maximilian_bern has been waiting to try Brique for a few years now, so when the family planned this trip to Cali, it was his one and only thing on his to-do list!
Thank you to the Bern Family for stopping by and making this happen for Max (a moment he said he will never forget) It was lovely meeting you all and hopefully we’ll cross paths again💙
