It feels great to be back on the podium. God is so good, I couldn't have done it without him. No matter what! continue to work hard and have faith in what you're doing, have faith in your support system, and believe in yourself. Patience is a virtue. This is only the beginning. Rich in life!! As I reflected on all that I've accomplished thus far I am so amazed at how amazing God is. Filled with so much gratitude. I'm officially in Clemson's Hall of Fame🤪.

All those who know me understand the emotions behind what this has meant to me. After feeling like all I've done meant nothing (which I knew was a lie, nothing but the enemy) God always had his hands on me. So thankful for my family and friends who show nothing but unwavering love and support no matter the season. Yall are the greatest!! 🧡💜

As I reflect on the 2026 season, I am filled with gratitude. This season didn’t owe my family or me anything, and yet God has been so faithful every step of the way.

When I first began my journey back to the track, this isn’t exactly how I imagined it would unfold. Overcoming body dysmorphia, the challenges of being a stay at home mom while working towards being an elite athlete, a new training program and the list goes on. I’ve been reminded of Proverbs 16:9:
“A person’s heart plans his way, but the Lord determines his steps.”

Because of that, I can confidently say that everything has unfolded exactly as God intended. I’ve come to realize that His purpose is always growth, steady, consistent growth. It isn’t just about winning races or running fast. It’s about producing in me the character that lasts; greater patience, resilience, strength, and steadfastness.

As I continue this journey, I’m excited for what’s ahead. But even more than that, I’m grateful to be walking it in lockstep with God, doing my best to faithfully steward the gifts He’s entrusted to me.

Lastly, but certainly not least, thank you to my family for your unwavering, unconditional love and support. To my husband @bm.buildingmore without you there would be no comeback if I didn't have your undeniable love and support, I love you to the ends of the earth. To @gsholars and everyone at @ap_ranch thank you for believing in and supporting all of me, not just the athlete. Thank you to Coach Fitz Coleman for stepping in on short notice and giving everything you had to help make it happen over the hurdles. Thank you @fujspeed for always being on my team your love and support is unmatched. @hurdlemechanic thank you for always reminding me of who I am and what’s possible. @bandit thank you so much for your support at USA Championships. And to all of my genuine supporters, I see you, and I’m incredibly grateful for you.
