We found the world’s largest caravan built entirely from LEGO bricks 👀 It’s a replica of an early 1970s Viscount, once Australia’s biggest caravan maker. [ MUST TRY ] THIS BAKERY HAS BEEN OPEN SINCE 1988 AND BRISBANE STILL CAN’T GET ENOUGH 🥧🍩Davies Bakery has been at it since 1988. Bakers in at 4am, sourdough scored by hand every morning, pies filled and out of the oven before most of the suburb has woken up.You can watch the whole thing happen from the counter. The pepper and steak comes loaded with proper chunks of meat. The jam donuts are pillow-soft and generously filled. The almond croissants and apple danishes are gone well before lunch.The regulars have known to get there early for nearly four decades. Nothing about it needs to change.WHAT TO EXPECT🧺 Pies, sausage rolls, almond croissants, apple danishes, cinnamon donuts, flans, orange cake and freshly baked sourdough. All made in house, all moving fast. If it’s in the cabinet, it’s worth grabbing.☕ A proper coffee stop. Barista made with the almond coffee having its own loyal following. Order at the counter, take a seat outside, and take your time.🥖 Freshly made rolls and sandwiches built on their own bread. You climb a historic indoor staircase and walk into an old-world room of taxidermy, antique chandeliers and green velvet booths.
