🦖⚾ T-Rex T-Ball Festival at the YNBCs! ⚾🦖

What a day! On Saturday 26th September, girls and boys aged 4–7 from across the UK joined us for the T-Rex T-Ball Festival at the 2026 Margaret Borley Youth National Baseball Championships.

A huge thank you to the Birmingham Goats, Brighton, Cambridge, Croydon Parrots, Greenwich Giants, Guildford, Herts and the London Youth Baseball League for bringing your players!

Our young dinos practised their catching with Cool T-Rex Hands, smashed the ball over the Rivers of Lava 🌋, and finished with a speedy Raptor Dash. And yes, there was plenty of roaring 🦖

"When a parent tells you their child wants to play T-Rex T-Ball every week, you know you're doing something right." – Will Lintern, founder
Thanks also to the coaches from Greenwich, Croydon and Cambridge who helped deliver the session 🙌

🏆 CHAMPIONS. The London Mastodons are the inaugural BBF Division 5 title holders.

A 16–9 win over New Forest Thunder in the Championship Game at Grovehill Ballpark — and no small thing, either: the Thunder came in at 19-5, the best regular-season record in the division. The Mastodons put up 19 hits and never trailed, scoring in six of seven innings.

Wesley Sprague took the win with nine strikeouts. Graeme Hibbs went 4-for-5 with three RBI, Jonathan Woo 4-for-5, Mark Streather 3-for-4. And manager John Tolibas came in to pitch the final inning of his own championship game.

Congratulations to John and every one of you. First season in the division, first trophy in the cabinet. 👏
