Hot take: I don’t want to “hack” my body anymore. 🤍

I spent way too much time thinking better health meant doing everything perfectly.

Perfect sleep. Perfect routine. Perfect nutrition. Perfect habits.

And honestly? That pressure started taking away from the whole point of feeling good.

So I’m trying something different: 70/30 Bioharmony.
Do the things that matter most, most of the time and leave some room to actually live.✨
