After two weekends of open studios, and weeks and months of preparation, it’s time to exhale.
One more open studio, the last one for the next 8 or 12 months, is coming up on 11/7 and 8. More details to follow.
Have a lovely weekend! by @brittakathmeyer

I added several small vessel paintings this week - love seeing this group expand in time for @sonomacountyarttrails Open Studios in October!

And off it goes to a new home! Really enjoyed working on this commission for a bowl painting on a larger canvas (48”x36”) - thank you! 😊

“When Clouds Aren’t White”, 24x18”

This painting was done in the spirit of complete openness and curiosity and with no preconceived ideas about what it might become.
Would be lovely to achieve this feeling of spontaneity and imperfection on a larger canvas.
