Happy Birthday to ME!!! and baby… my young heart is still running free. ✨

This year, I’m celebrating more than a birthday… I’m celebrating wisdom, clarity, and the beautiful realization of who I am. Stepping into this new chapter with confidence, joy, and a whole lot of B!

Here’s to embracing every lesson, every blessing, and every bit of the fabulosity that this year brings. Free in spirit, rich in wisdom, and glowing in love. 💛

Yesterday I told my petty story 🤭 today we’re going scripture. 🙏🏽🫶🏽

1 John 3:18 reminds us: love isn’t just what’s said… it’s what’s shown.

If their words sound sweet but their actions leave you feeling bitter, anxious, or constantly questioning where you stand… that’s not love, that’s noise.

God loved us so much He gave!!! which means real love will always be willing to show up, sacrifice, and not disappear when it’s really needed.

Stop falling for potential wrapped in pretty words. Watch the fruit baby ☝🏽

Sometimes the lesson is found in what you don’t want.

A few years ago I dated someone and let’s just say… I’m grateful to be out of it! This relationship made my nervous system feel confused, anxious, and sometimes small… and that is simply not for me, because God made me EVERYTHING BUT SMALL!!!

So now… Peace is the standard. Safety is the baseline. Being seen and loved is non-negotiable.

A wise woman knows when to assess… and when to gracefully disconnect!!! Because his character is his responsibility, not your burden to fix.

Here’s to learning, growing, and choosing relationships that feel like home. ✨

P.S. I feel like this applies for the men as well.

Four years married to a pastor … a season that stretched me, shaped me, and showed me parts of myself I might never have met otherwise. We weren’t meant to last, and that’s okay. I don’t look back with longing of any sort, nor does he. I look back with gratitude. Every chapter has its grace, and I choose to carry the lessons, the growth, and the beauty forward. 💕🫶🏽

ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR RELATIONSHIPS THAT ADDED VALUE TO YOUR LIFE, DESPITE THE FACT THEY ARE OVER??? 👀

BE YOURSELF!!! I walk into rooms unapologetically without performance. Just being me, serving looks and serving people. Joy. Love. A softer power. And they eat it up 🥰

If I’m being honest… this morning felt like a struggle to get to church. But God met me there. The message spoke directly to my heart - in times of grief, we have to reframe our memories so they don’t hold us back. I’m so glad I pushed through. God is always speaking, and today I heard Him loud and clear. We grieve so much more than just death - lost love, poor choices, missed chances, the life we envisioned. Yet, I refuse to let any of that define my now. I choose gratitude and I’m trusting God’s plan. God is and forever will be enough! 🫶🏽
