Our neighbors are probably so creeped out because one or both of us is almost always at the back window with binoculars 👀🦜🐦‍⬛🪺 taken in Houston, Texas by @britterally

Spent the morning puttering around in the backyard.
🥒 I got some Terra cotta watering spikes for our cucumber plants and a few others, so yay for not having to water manually every day haha. 😅
🍅 Also, look at our tomato harvest so far! One regular (I think it’s beefsteak but I don’t remember) and one cherry! We also have a little heirloom tomato that just started a few days ago.
🥑 I set the baby avocado trees up with some much-needed shade as their leaves were starting to scorch a bit. Apparently they don’t like full sun until they’re like 3 years old, and even then, full Texas sun is a little intense for most plants. ☀️

How are y’all spending your Fourth of July? 🇺🇸

I let the intrusive thoughts win and chopped my mint WAY back. I cannot describe just how amazing my house smells right now. 😌
